Taste bitter but works great!

I meet a Old Doctor at a gun show. He liked me. Literally he was off his rocker but i enjoyed talking to him.he told me of all types of natural or Herbal cures. I asked about Diabetes since I have that and it's out of control and I can't take any medication or insulin without becoming deathly Ill or grotesquely obese which is even worse for Diabetes.I take a big spoonful with Metamucil morning and night, I'm not cured of the Disease but the numbers are down to the low 200's which is way better than 300's. I'm sure I'll live longer. I definitely feel better. Of course my sugar is sow low after 20 years some people say quite being a Dick. I guess it's just my real personality.

Almost impossible to dissolve .I tried many different ways .Hot and cold.

I decided to give this powder a try and I was very impressed. I recently started eating healthier because I wanted to shed some pounds and increase my energy and livelihood. So, naturally I was on the lookout for high fiber foods when I came across Kactas. I used it in my wife's vegan cookies and my morning shakes and my energy has increased and I'm starting to lose weight. Will keto buying this product.

I had read online about its anti-inflammatory properties, the benefits felt by those who consumed it. I have had joint pain for years and some cactus powders helped, but not quite eased it.This one is a SAVIOR! Kactas helped me with the inflammation on my knee, and the extra bathroom visit is a nice plus !

I had to get a fiber supplement, but wanted a natural one. Nopal is high on fiber and widely consumed in Mexico. I looked for ways to include nopal cactus in my meals and saw a blog post about a cactus smoothie with jactas. I tried this and was not disappointed! I’ll be buying this again when I finish this bag!

This product is wonderful! I regularly add cactus pads in my morning smoothies but really despise all the prep work involved, especially removing the thorns. With this Kactas powder, I just add a tablespoon to my blender, add some fruit and get my daily fiber boost (minus the prep hassle). I'll buy this again and again, it is a life saver!
