I came across this creatine on my CrossFit gym IG. I had no idea this version of creatine existed. It’s so much better than regular creatine version, no bloating. It’s so nice that I don’t have to drink so much water for the creatine to work. I still drink almost a gallon a day, but I don’t gain water weight. I started taking this product 15 days ago. So far I lost 4 pounds (I assumed it’s the water weight from taking the regular creatine), but I’m not losing my progress. I am able to lift heavier dumbbells. I used to chess press with 2x30 lbs, now I can do 2x35s. Goblet squat with 40 lbs, now with 65 lbs!I take 1 scoop with breakfast, 1 scoop with pre-workout and another scoop after workout with my protein shake.

I tried original creatine supplements several times and it did nothing but cause my stomach to inflate like a balloon and body to hold a ton of water. This has no digestive effects! There is no flavor. No flavor is the best supplement flavor! Shake it in a blender bottle to make life easy. Just make sure there is at least something in your system like even a single rice cake. There are 200 servings in a container and you only need one scoop before workout!! Small container easy to keep with you traveling. And the most important thing - I FEEL A DIFFERENCE when lifting deep inside my muscle there is more energy available to keep going. Maybe not stronger but it's like a warmth and instead of getting tired I can get more sets in. I am very skeptical of fitness products but I don't lift without this one.

Great product, been using for a couple years, no digestive/stomach issues (regular monohydrate messes up my stomach). Dissolves quickly in water, no taste or no grit. I add it to my morning and afternoon electrolytes. “More expensive” than monohydrate, but it’s well worth the cost. I use 4 grams per day.

The media could not be loaded. Does the job and does not make you bloated like regular creatine. Mixes well in water, juice and even coconut milk. No trace of the product and no taste. Love this!

My husband heard about this product from a coworker and he has been taking it for a few weeks now and says he sees a difference. I will say he works out 5 days and week and meal preps. So I know that helps but he likes this and plans to but again

Smooth and dissolves in water perfectly. Used to get a different brand and it was very gritty/wouldn’t dissolve. This one gets the job done.
