This is such a perfect toy for a toddler, especially one that loves to pretend play in the kitchen. My daughter was playing with these long before she had an interest to truly play in her kitchen. She just loved opening them up. I would definitely purchase this again. It was such a fun toy for her! The Velcro quality is great and I love how they are different materials like the hollow plastic ones with the felt egg inside and the wooden ones with the Velcro. They make it an amazing sensory experience. And I love how beautiful and minimalistic they look, almost like the real thing which makes my toddler even more interested

SOOOO cute!!! You can actually “crack” these eggs. It stays together until you do! The carton is good quality as well! My kids love how realistic it is and it is perfect size for little hands. Amazing value, functional, teaches real life skills in a cute way and is very durable! Most of all, no tiny pieces that become choking hazards!

My 1 year old and 2.5 year old love these. Very durable. Don’t break. Super safe for kids. Actual size of real eggs. My 4 and 6 year old niece and nephew also thought they were fun. Great addition to our play kitchen. We practice cracking the eggs which has been a great tool for real eggs.

I bought these as a Christmas present but ended up giving them to my almost 2year old egg-obsessed toddler early because he kept snatching eggs and hiding them around the house. These eggs are a perfect weight and size...made of lovely wood. I love that you can "cook" them two ways: fried or hardboiled! The fried eggs are made of thick felt folded into an empty shell that looks cracked when you open it! Super cute and perfect for the little realist, no-nonsense toddler. The hard boiled eggs can be sliced in two and are held together with a Velcro yoke! I was worried that the egg shells would fit together too loosely when put back together, but they connect snuggly each time! The carton is realistic and adorable, but I don't expect it to last too many years as it is a thinner cardboard. All in all, they are high quality, great value and accepted by my egg loving son! No more week old cabinet eggs for me!

Super fun toy for kids with a play kitchen

This toy egg carton set is such a fun and engaging toy for my toddler! The hard-boiled eggs with Velcro are perfect—easy for little hands to pull apart and put back together, and great for practicing fine motor skills. My three-year-old loves playing with them in the play kitchen. The only downside is the fried eggs, which are a bit tricky for her to assemble on her own. They’re still cute and well-made, just not quite as toddler-friendly as the others. Overall, a great learning toy with lots of imaginative play value!

Such a cute toy and so life like. My son insists on helping me cook this item keeps him busy for hours. He loves cracking the eggs and getting the yolk into the pan and making me breakfast every morning.. it’s educational and teaches him. The dexterity needed to crack and cook eggs. The Velcro on the hard boiled eggs is strong, but easy enough to cut with a toy wooden knife. This is a must have for any toy kitchen.

I read about a zillion reviews for different pretend egg products for my sons play kitchen and this was definitely the one that offered the best product. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. I was nervous due to some reviews saying the Velcro eggs are hard to get apart, and while they aren’t easy to open, my two year old can manage without help, so they aren’t that difficult. He loves to “crack” both types of eggs and can open them himself. He struggles a little putting the plastic pieces back together, but he’s only two and will clearly figure that out in no time. I love that it comes with two types of egg and the cardboard carton, while not overly sturdy, is cute and my son likes that it’s just like the one mama uses. The quality is great. My only complaint would be the felt eggs parts kind of stay folded after being removed from the shell, but that’s not a big deal and for the cost I think it’s a great deal. I highly recommend these eggs for a perfect addition to any play kitchen.
