2011 Ninja 1000 (Don't get the touring)
So far it's great.I have a '11 Ninja 1000/Z1000SX. It's a big ole bike, so originally I ordered the touring bag. That was a mistake. Holy Man is that bag huge. I wish it would fit properly but there's just no way it would on this bike. The mid size bag is a perfect fit. It attached easily and so far seems secure enough. I'm a big boy and it's kind of a pain to lift my leg over but that's mostly my fault.Quality seems exceptional. The zipper has a nice action to it and the bag material is thick and heavy.I, like everyone else, wish there was a more permanent mounting solution, but realistically if someone wants to steal the thing, even if they can't get to the clips they can just cut the strap off.I'm also just not a huge fan of the pull to tighten design. It's tight enough, it isn't going to fall off, but I can't possibly get it 100% tight. It always slides back and forth. Not a big deal, but I do find myself pushing it back up as I'm riding.Storage is decent, but admittedly not as much as I wanted. I daily ride my bike 3 out of 4 seasons. Ideally I'd like to be able to do some minor shopping trips, which you CAN with this bag, but it fills pretty quickly. In my one photo, there is a small box of garlic bread and a half gallon of milk. There's room for more, but I would have liked to grab another gallon of normal milk too, and wasn't confident it would fit. Might have been able to squeeze everything in, but I didn't risk it. My duffle bag back pack that I used to wear (this is the hopeful replacement) would have easily fit everything.Design is nice. I like the way it looks. It definitely doesn't look "made for the bike" like some people say for some reason, but it certainly looks like a nice accessory.Overall, so far, I'm very happy with it. I think it's maaaaaaaybe a little expensive for what it is, but also I have Nelson Rigg's rain suit and it has been great, so I'm done paying a bit more for quality.

Great product if you need to carry heavy equipment on your bike
Love it, perfect for a my r6, love that it can extend and store more stuff. I got tired of carrying my drone , camera and other stuff in my backpack as it tires your back and shoulders. This Fits perfect and the quality seems great. Hopefully it lasts a long time!

Well made, looks nice
I use my bike a commuter for work when able and bought this in hopes to use my heavy, clunky side cases a bit less when possible. I purchased the larger touring size. It will just fit my size L Shoei RF1400 and some gloves when fully extended. Otherwise, my laptop, work shoes, and a change of clothes will easily fit when it’s collapsed. Extended, it will fit a few bags worth of groceries. I would not personally be able to fit the stuff for an overnight or weekend trip. Like all Nelson Rigg stuff, it is sturdy and well made. It looks correct on my ‘24 Tiger 900. It is not lockable or secure; I don’t live in a high crime area so this isn’t a concern for me.

Great for commuting to work
I use the commuter touring tail bag on my zx14. Its large enough to fit a full face helmet. It comes with the necessary straps to attach to my seat. The zippers operate smooth. Removal is easy with the quick release straps.

Very nice quality but was far from easy to install
I got the smallest (lite) version which fits my 13' street triple proportionally perfect but it was no easy task to install because all the straps underneath obstructed my seat from latching when just following the directions given. After a good bit of trial and error and thinking creatively I found what I believe to be the only way to install it on my model bike so if you have a gen 1-3 street triple I took a picture of the strap configuration underneath the seat which I hope helps. It looks good and seems to be so far of very high quality. I used the size scale pictures of each model bag and measured my seat before purchasing the smallest version which i highly recommend doing yourself. I say this because I initially wanted the med (sport) version but I'm now convinced it would've been too big. The lite version isn't what I'd call roomy but that was the only option I really had with my bike so I don't hold that against the manufacturer. It will still be very handy and allow me to not have to lug my back pack everywhere I go which is worth it for me. All in all I'm happy with this purchase and easily would've given 5 stars if it wasn't such a pain to install or if they had a better strap assortment that doesn't have to be all bunched up under the seat. Hopefully this review helps anyone deciding wether or not to go this route.

Practical for electric dirt bike/e-motorcycles
OMG this thing rocks and keeps my stuff dry! I have an E Ride pro SS 3.0 and I put the Nelson bag on the battery cover at the front kinda but not blocking the usb ports and I can charge things inside of it while riding and carry groceries and an air pump. It has height adjustment to put taller things inside like bottles or a helmet. Only thing I would change is the straps because they are a pain in the butt to put together and tighten but other than that, it’s strong, waterproof, and has Velcro inside to keep things from sliding and even has a loop thing in the zipper to add a lock or a zip tie to make it harder to steal the stuff inside plus it’s small while able to carry a decent amount of stuff. Overall This thing is so cute and I love it! Good job Nelson!

Great quality bag
Really good quality. Size is just right. I have installed it on the back seat of my Gen 3 Hayabusa and it looks great. Holds my phone, wallet, keys, and so much other stuff. Easy to install. Really like it.
