This is good for my aching lumbar before surgery and after. Sturdy and firm but yet lots of give and feels great on my back.

Definitely helps
This has helped my back tremendously. I drive 1.5 hrs a day for work and it has erased my back pain (only when I am using the pillow). I struggle to get comfortable straight away with it but once I find a good spot, I’m set. The memory foam becomes easy to sink into but it helps me be aware of my posture and sit up straight

Ok. Good at first but quickly loses volume
I got this for lumbar support in an old office chair and it was awesome at first. However it lost most of the volume within a couple months.
