Beautiful fan in our guest bedroom. The light does not dim - but we only turn on the light as needed. It's very bright - good for when cleaning the room or looking for something. The fan is perfectly absolutely silent! I love the transparent blades that retract when the fan is not in use. This company is pleasant to work with - as I ordered another fan but didn't care for the style and returned it for a full refund. I highly recommend this company! Thank you for a beautiful efficient product!

This fan is a pretty addition to our living room. It gives off a lot of light and I like the ability to change from warm to cool colors. The fan is silent and when on low you barely know it is on as it gently moves air. It is not reversible, but that will not be an issue as it is such a good fan. As you can see our ceiling is an 8 foot ceiling, and on the short rod, it is high enough that our heads clear it easily. Installation was not easy, but my husband has installed many fans and was able to figure it out. I'm very happy with it.

The mounting screws to secure the "Lamp cover" are too short! I had to shorten some long 4mm (metric) screws I just happened to have around.Also there are no mounting screws to attach the remote control holder to the wall even though there are holes in the holder for wall mount.The instructions are virtually useless, but the video did help see how things are supposed to go together..The fan does move a lot of air on high speed which is good and it is very quiet.

This particular product must have been previously returned, some parts were missing, some parts were already put together, the instructions are horrible. After we watched plenty YouTube videos to figure it out we got it installed only to learn that the Low setting doesn’t work. The fan itself is beautiful if everyone works as it suppose to. I need an unopened and unused fan with everything in tact.

Looked good and started off good. However within a couple of months the light stopped working. I contacted the seller about this problem and have gotten no response for weeks.Very disappointed, because I had to pay for the product, then pay for an electrician to install and now I have to do it all over. Extra headache and expense. Don’t buy this product.

Was not the easiest to install, but doable.. After six months light ballast went out. I contacted the seller in within days they had a new one sent to us no questions asked. Fixed as soon as we replaced it! Had it for seven months now and still love it
