Doesn't fit hex crankshaft holding tool
I had the same problem as another reviewer--the socket's outside diameter will not fit into the common crankshaft pulley holder tool, and you can't use one without the other. I bought this in anticipation of it fitting perfectly inside the crankshaft tool (which would keep it from shifting out of the hex opening on the pulley--look up Amazon ASIN B078NR6FML for an example of this type of tool) but it is too large to fit inside of it. I can't see the crankshaft holder being made much thinner or it would break when it was used. It's a shame since this is a very well made socket. Unless Ares has their own crankshaft holder that goes with it, I will have to return this.

It really works!!! B18c.
Just like everyone else I couldn't break loose a B18c crank bolt. I tried the manual way with the crank tool(broke two 1/2" extensions), regular impact sockets with my Kobalt Impact, soaked it in penetrating oil, everything. I didn't expect this socket to work but with the same Kobalt Impact gun it only took two seconds to break it loose. If you notice the socket has a notch all the way around which is the perfect size to clear the lower frame apron on a DC2 Integra... you'll understand when you see it.Buy this socket and never waste time on a crank bolt again!

YIKES ... engineering / design / QC issue ?
This socket is marketed as 19 mm ut clearly has LOOSE SPECS, see the uploaded pic. My Craftsman 19 mm pneumatic socket, though thin-walled by comparison, is snug and has loosened many 19 mm Honda crank bolts (though with much leverage and manual force, which is what I was trying to avoid with the purchase of this "heavy" socket).Using a Craftsman 15A pneumatic, this socket was loose enough on the bolt that it tortured that hardened Honda crank bolt's flat sides and moved enough metal that it created nearly razor-sharp overhanging edges. No blood loss because I was wearing mechanic's gloves.Just one guy's review, but I felt compelled to post about this. Hopefully, the picture speaks for itself, and I SURE hope this socket (unreviewed when I purchased it - my bad) is just an early production "DUD" ...

Cheat code for stubborn bolts!
Perfect for stubborn bolts. I have an air impact but do not own a set of impact sockets since I rarely use it. I was struggling with some subframe bolts on my s2000. I tried a long breaker bar with pipe, 2135Ti impact at 130psi with chrome socket, and could only get 1 of 6 bolts loose. Within seconds of putting this socket on my impact I had one of the other bolts loose.I put it on a scale to see just how heavy it was for anyone curious. You can’t feel the heft in pictures so maybe this will help some understand what a significant difference this will make. It’s like going from using a regular hammer to a slide hammer or something of that nature. It’s a cheat code.

Worked better than expected!
Ok, it won't fit in the holding tool. Out of curiosity I first tried the holding tool with a 3/4 drive 19mm socket and 3/4 breaker bar. Stood on the bar and wouldn't budge. Put this heavy socket on a Dewalt DCF899H cordless impact and it came right off. Did not even move the pulley. Quite impressive.

amazing.
Worked like an absolute charm. Middle of a k swap into a honda - that bolt is notorious for being crazy. My impact with a regular impact socket wouldn't budge it. With this, it was off in literally 3 seconds. I couldn't believe it. Best couple of bucks I've spent in a long time.

Well made tool but did not work for me and my Honda Element even with a Milwaukee Fuel impact.
Well made tool. Honda Element. Had a very good and honest go at the bolt with a Milwaukee Fuel impact gun but no luck. Had to use a 30" barker with this tool, a couple of HD extensions, a jack stand for support and a cheater pipe in the form of a hydraulic jack handle to brake the bolt free. All this while holding the balancer in place with a special tool and another backer bar wedged in the lower control arm. The tool that holds the balancer can also be found here for a few bucks but avoid the cheap ones - they just bend and stretch under this much pressure. Sometimes the cheapest way out is the most expensive way in.

Magic.
I seriously doubted that a heavy socket would make any difference at all, but this worked instantly with my Dewalt DFC899 to remove the dreaded crank bolt on a 92 Accord. My impact wrench wouldn't budge it with normal impact sockets. Worth. Every. Penny.I have no idea if anyone removed the bolt before or what it was torqued to, but my smaller impact with only ~300 ft-lbs of oomph could not remove the bolt even with this socket. To the reviewers complaining that it doesn't fit in the pulley holder tool, a) you don't need to use that when removing the bolt with an impact but b) it fits perfectly in the BETOOLL holding tool: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01F333OHY/

Would definitely recommend
Tried conventional hex sockets to remove the pulley bolt, and the various techniques to help loosen it without success. First attempt with the harmonic socket it came right off. You need to use a impact driver.
