My son loves it

I ordered this and had to return because you couldn’t drink through it. Something happened where the tubing at the top got fused together while it was closed. Was very easy to return and get money back

We have been using the Thermos stainless steel water bottles for years. I made the mistake of buying a Zak water bottle and regretted it immediately. I don't feel the closing mechanism is of high quality. In addition, within two weeks my son had pulled the silicone mouthpiece off, which renders the bottle useless. You have to replace the entire lid. I was unable to find the exact replacement lid I need from Amazon or from the Zak replacement parts website... BUT I have a request in with Zak customer service. Fingers crossed that they will have good customer service and can help me replace the part.

straw is a little weird but works

This is the 2nd one I have bought and the latch broke on both after only a few months! Now my grandson cannot use it because the water will pour out of it. Very disappointing!!!!

Although my daughter really liked her Batman water bottle and it did do a good job in keeping her water cool, something in the lid broke within (6) months of purchase because the pop up lid won't close now. I contacted Zak customer service and was directed to their replacement part website. When asked if the company offers a warranty period for their products I was informed that the company does not. In my eyes the company does not stand behind their products and basically, you have to take your chances that what you purchase from the company will last a reasonable amount of time. I do not think mine did.
