Drive makes thundering noise on and off.

Hmm. Not sure about the life
This is the first Toshiba that hasn’t lived up to the usual long life. It only lasted a week before dying.

Noisy and runs very hot - returned
Used to upgrade cctv. Was very noisy with loud clicking all the time and ran extremely hot.Returned and replaced with a WD Purple which is much quieter and runs cool.Would advise against this drive in the 6TB version.

Non-Functional Disk Drive
Non functional. Made grinding sounds when powered. Received badly packaged with no packing between bottom of carton and drive. Indications are that this was returned once from a customer in Rome, Italy. Has been sent back to vendor for replacement.

Bon rapport qualité prix
Un peu bruyant par rapport à d'autre, mais rien de rédhibitoire.Monter sur un pc très silencieux, du coup je l'entends lors des accès aléatoire, sinon silencieux en séquentiel.A éviter pour un disque système, mais parfait pour du stockage de gros fichier.

Lo recomendo a 100%, porque todo está en regla, funciona bien con el grabador de video tan como con el PC...calidad/precio muy competitiva

Festplatte mit gewissen Einschränkungen
Ich musste insgesamt 4 Festplatten bestellen um wenigstens 2 fünktionstüchtige zu bekommen, wobei die letzte, die 2te, mit starken Laufgeräuschen ihren Dienst vollbringt. Technisch funktionieren tun jetzt beide. Aber hier muss der Hersteller Toshiba deutlich nachbessern. Eine funktionierte überhaupt nicht die zweite verabschiedete sich nach 5 Minuten. Das ist kein Qualitätsprodukt! Würde ich nicht wieder kaufen.
