I have broken ligaments in my right wrist. My therapist placed this on my wrist and my strength increased a lot! I decided to get my own supply so I just need to get better at wrapping my wrist so I don’t cause irritation to my skin. PS: I am right handed!

This is the best tape. It lasts. Even after a shower it dried and stayed tight. Doesn't rub off or roll down like other brands. Thanks!

I purchased this per the advice of my Physical Therapist. This is what she uses on me. I use it for my wrist but it can be used anywhere. Love that it’s not precut. I can cut it to any size I want. It stays put even after showering. It doesn’t leave a sticky residue.Most importantly, it gave me relief.

This tape feels a bit thicker than other tapes I've used and the color (flesh/black in a tattoo pattern) blends in with my skin (I have no tattoos). It is an interesting effect. It also sticks a bit better when exposed to sweat than other products. It has great elastic properties as well, really helping to stabilize an arthritic joint while maintaining flexibility.

Works much better than original KT tape.

I love Rock Tape and have been using it off and on for years. I was having some issues with my heel and plantar fasciitis so I used an older roll of tape that I had in the linen closet. It came all but off that night while I slept so I thought the tape was just old (I don't know if it expires or not) so I ordered a new roll. I had to wrap around my entire foot to keep the tape from peeling back at the corners while wearing shoes and while sleeping. I used to be able to wear the tape for 3-4 days before the corners would peel back but it was a day before the corners rolled back. I'm not sure why (I followed the directions on how to use it, I curved the corners - this isn't my first go around with using this tape).
