It works
Bought this for my laptop as i had problems with the charging, I replaced the charging port, i bought another normal battery for the laptop and then came about using the C port for charging. I don't thing this is what was intended for the C port on the laptop but so what, It works. I have noticed that it has a slow charging icon when charging but so what at least I'm able to use my laptop again

It does'nt work correctly
A little late at the review But never really tested it until I until I tested it on a very fussy laptop. After numerous tests with installing updates over and over again, updating bios checking power jacks, this charger is not providing the power stated on the advert, the identification chip which communicates with the charging controller is not sending the correct communication signals when speaking to it. So I got another from dell there selves and it worked straight away in all three usb-c ports at 130w where as this only communicated as a 90w charger (one of the defaults, when its not recognized by the charging controller)

Works fine on Dell precision 7730
Always nervous about buying non-OEM laptop chargers so stuck with the genuine Dell one. Charged Dell Precision 7730 via USB albeit a bit slower than the originally included 265w barrel charger but this is considerably smaller and lighter. Just annoying that Dell charge such a premium for their branded charger.

Good product, great customer service!
Genuine Dell branded and quick delivery. Only issue I’ve had is the block gets very hot when charging. EDIT: The company reached out and is sending a replacement. Very good company to deal with, great customer service.

Poor quality charger - great customer service from the seller, AJ Parts
These official Dell power adapters are hopeless. Less than three months after purchase, this one has stopped charging my laptop. The power indicator light on the USB C connector is on, but the laptop fails to charge. Other power sources still work with the laptop, so it's not a problem with that. I'm on my third one of these... Lesson officially learned. No more! *** UPDATE *** AJ Parts have come to the rescue and are replacing it for me. AJ Parts get 5 stars for great customer service, rating the product higher is still a challenge for me!

Enttäuscht von DELL Support und Ladegeräten
Ich verwende das Ladegerät gelegentlich und habe es vor etwa einem Jahr gekauft. Jetzt muss ich feststellen, dass mein PC dieses wieder nicht mehr erkennt. Ähnlich zu dem ursprünglichen mitgelieferten Orginal-Netzteil. In der Regel verwende ich mein XPS mit einer Docking Station. Hier gibt es nie Probleme. Der Dell Support bzw. die Möglichkeit mit diesem in Kontakt zu treten ist mehr als schlecht und nahezu unmöglich.
