Awesome portable ski boot dryer
I borrowed an identical one a few weeks ago on a ski trip, where at the end of each day everyone’s boots were wet and damp. The heater completely dried our boots in under 30 minutes a pair. It doesn’t get too hot, where it might damage form-fitted footbeds. It folds up and is lightweight for packing. I cannot recommend this heater enough. As soon as I got home, I ordered one for myself and plan on using it for an upcoming ski trip. I have not used it on tennis shoes or hiking boots, but I am assuming it will do just as good of a job as it does on wet ski boots.

Doesn't last.
Works good at first. This is the second one I've bought. The first one lasted about 18-20 months. This one lasted less than a year. I do not recommend you buy this boot dryer. It would be a waste of money.

Compact and Quiet
This is my second boot dryer of the same type. I like that it is compact. I travel to ski. So having a small, compact device is important. It folds up nicely and fits inside my helmet when I pack it. It’s also very quiet. If you’re running it at night, you can have it in the same room as you’re sleeping and it won’t bother you. My boots are always dry when I put them on in the morning. My only concern is how long it lasts. This is my second device. I believe my last one worked for five years. Wish it had lasted longer.

Well made, works great for ski boots
Tried the other style of dryer with two separate wired pieces that go inside the shoe/boot, but they're too long to make it around the bend of my ski boots. This dryer is nice and compact, the retractable arms are the perfect length for ski boots, and the gentle heat and air flow dry damp boots quickly.

Must have for ski boots.
I have one that I had since I was a kid, over 30 years old. It finally died and I replaced it with this one. Almost the exact same thing. Just a little different on the tubes. Love it. It is a must-have

Not reliable!!
I bought 3 of these and they have all stopped working. One lasted only a month and one of them lasted a ski season and the start to another. I think they overheat. If you ski a lot, these are not reliable. Super disappointed!

Therm-ic drys ski boots and gloves quickly and safely and warms them in the morning. Very portable.
