The center piece who should support the slats broken in less than a month and they don’t offer a replacement. To return the item to Amazon you have to pay again to disassemble the item. It’s horrible!

Style looks great and matched with what we wanted. But we received.. it seemed like a defective one1. slats are not fitting well with bed frame, we had to force or adjust with what we got..2. Struggled hard to fit the head board to bedframe or legs.. at a point it felt like we won't be able to assemble it but managed somehow.I would pay half of what i paid... given the time we spent to assemble it, i have less patience to remove and even ask for a return.. basically trapped with this.

Directions were clear and it was easy to assemble. I read other reviews and I was worried about buying this bed, but it was one of the only navy wingback options in king size so I gave it a shot. There is no way this bed could fall apart on the first use unless you did not put it together correctly.Make sure you read the directions first and the best advice I can give is to not tighten anything all the way unless it tells you to in the directions. When everything is together, then go back and tighten all the screws. It simply makes assembly so much easier.The color is a true navy blue.

I really wanted to like this bed. I was so excited for it to arrive. And it is very pretty and regal looking. However, the setup was terrible due to unclear directions, poor packaging and the whole thing was horribly aligned as well as having to deal with mislabeled pieces. Also I set this bed up December 14th 2020 and already all the middle legs have broken. To start one didnt even reach the floor. I'm just now waiting for the whole thing to fall apart which it will. I'm afraid to sleep on it and have moved my mattress to the floor so it doesnt break in the middle of the night and I fall to the floor and get hurt. This all makes me very sad as the headboard is actually very pretty.

Extremely poor quality & packaging. Parts missing & or damaged, fabric on headboard damaged, made two trips to hardware store to find parts that would work in assembling bed. Took all of one entire day to assemble. Nothing should be so hard when putting a bed together!!!

Update: I've had this bed a little over a month now. When I put it together, the leg that goes on the footboard didn't have the metal piece that the screw goes in (their mistake), so it was only secured by the wooden peg they use, big mistake. One day my son plopped down on the bed making it roll off the unsecured leg. My bed sits on carpet so when it rolled all, every single one, of the 8 legs under the slats ripped the metal piece out the legs that secures the screw. I threw away the instructions with the customer service number so i couldn't contact them and amazon couldn't find their contact info. Anyways, the wood is very very flimsy for a king. they really should use stronger wood for the kings, it shouldn't have torn that much up that easy period. I got better wood and new screws. They need more contact info i still haven't gotten ahold of them. I also feel like if you hit the footboard hard enough it will crack right in half. So be careful.Love the bed. The instructions were crappy. I had to call for assistance after the second direction during assembly. Was missing like 2 screws but I was still able to put it together by myself in about an hour. Guy that helped me when I called for assistance was very nice and professional. The bed overall is the bomb! I love it!

Where do I start. I love this bed. I love how it looks and it was worth the money. The directions sucks. I would say if you want to purchase this bed make sure it will be place on carpet because if it is on tile on bare floor it is not sturdy. It will slide literally and causes the underframe to loosen up. If I didn't have that problem I would give it 5 stars. I am going to add stones to the little holes to bring the headboard out.

I loooooooove my bed! Some pplAssembled it alone I needed another set of hands, instructions were simple none the less! It looks exactly as pictured! I chose to use my king sized box springs for height, but box spring not necessary! I just painted the walls and I’m going to revamp the nightstands now!!😌
