Solid & reliable disc lock with sonic alarm.Very well constructed & easy to fit to disc.Great finish to body.Not the cheapest but worth that bit extra for German quality. A good weight,so strong ,so a pannier or bag attached to the motorcycle is preferable. Although Mine goes in my pocket with no bother .

A very solid disc lock. Value for money is debatable, but if it stops your bike getting taken then a bonus.Just want to say that this DOES NOT fit the front disc of a YBR 125. Being slightly creative, I am using it on the rear drive cog instead (as I've arrowed in the image) which has ample sized holes. It does make the lock rather greasy but at least it fits. On the plus side I think it also makes it harder to get at for attack.None of the disc lock alarms have impressed me, inlcuding this one. The best I can say is that it makes a noise. It does have it's moments during fitting when it decides to go off for some unknown reason, but removing the lock and putting it back on again cancels it.Note: This doesn't come with an orange stretchy thing to clip on the handlebars which is rather poor considering the price of the lock, so if you want that visual reminder then remember to buy that in addition to the lock.

Solid build from abus , heavy disclock . A very good quality ,but it alarm really quick so you need to be fast to remove it .

The media could not be loaded. When it arrived this morning the case was empty! No lock in it!!!!

You have to be quick to install and remove the key before it arms, otherwise the alarm will sound while you’re still moving it. There could have been a longer delay. Otherwise a lovely, sturdy lock, but expensive.

Bought this to replace an old Oxford Screamer. No comparison. This just feels better built, looks more robust and gives greater piece of mind. Fits neatly under the seat of my Street Triple RS and comes with a protective pouch. Sold secure. Slightly fiddly and sensitive when fitting but there is a method. Already looking at more Abus products.

This device give me great comfort - my bike is frequently left in our underground garage whilst I am away and this easy to use, sturdy device has kept it when I left it. Takes a couple of uses to get used to putting it on the bike before the alarm triggers -but you'll get used to that. On my bike there is storage space under the seat for it when riding - not sure I'd want it in my pocket given it's weight.Takes just enough to set off the alarm - cars parking nearby, doors closing don't do it - wiggle the handlebars and off it goes.Some people use a reminder cable with this - I don't. I'd be very confident that the alarm would sound well before I released the clutch if it was still mounted.

What an amazing product. Fits well on my disk lock. I did a very extensive research and this product came on top mainly due to the 16mm bolt and general sturdiness. Besides, Abus is a trustworthy brand in my view. Five stars!
