Sizing is incorrect
WARNING: the sizing for this product is for the diameter of the metal band, and does not include the rubber sleeve - so you need a size that is around 4mm bigger. Bear in mind also that the metal is soft, and may require some sort of former to pull it into the precise shape you want.
