I have used all of them and they were bought mainly for S&W revolvers. The tips are not ground all that well but fit my side plate screws and some slotted sight screws.

Original review for this set of Screwdrivers:I really wanted to like this screwdriver set, as they are made in the USA, and I really like the old way of making these out of good wood and good steel.I bought this set specifically because of the above attributes and the fact that this set is said to have been built for COLT pistols.I have two genuine Colt 2nd Generation 1851 pistols that I need to take apart and put together frequently for cleaning and lubrication.First, these are NOT Hollow ground screwdrivers. Neither are they straight cut, but tapered. They do have the very tips ground flat to fit precisely in the screw slots, which I like.The biggest problem is that the #5 fit my Colts screws perfectly, but the #6 and #7 for the bigger screws failed to fit at all. Can't even get them into the slots for the larger screws they were designed for. Which means I am going to have to take a file and custom fit these for my Colt. I consider that a "problem" when this set states above that they are engineered for Colt pistols. The 1851 Italian replicas screws match the genuine Colts very well, so the same problems apply to the Colt replicas and the original Colts.Additional Comments:I took Dan up on his offer in the Comment below, and bought the HG 3 Peacemaker screwdriver set! First, let me state that although my above review is correct in that these are not Hollow ground screwdrivers, they build these specifically for gun smithing and I stand by my above statement that they fit precisely in the screw slots. They construct these for specific sets of guns and screws, in that the flat ground end of the screwdrivers fit the screws exactly and are made not to mar the gun.With the specific Colt Peacemaker screwdriver set, I have been able to take apart my 1851 cap and ball pistols from various makers in addition to Colt just fine. It is very nice to have 3 specific screwdrivers that fit each screw as required. I am now a satisfied customer, and can recommend these. I would not hesitate to call the Grace Company if you are not sure what set to buy for your needs. Just be sure to buy the set that will work for your gun. American made, with old world craftsmanship.

I bought this set because I was having trouble backing out one of my screws on my Smith & Wesson side plate. My usual go to screwdriver was not a perfect fit so I was hoping one of these in the set would work. It fit perfectly but the tip bent almost immediately. I ended up making my own screwdriver and that did the job. What else can I say.

Made with the precise fit needed to match gun screws but the tips bend to easy when really wanting to tighten down a screw. Great legacy brand who's let their quality slip.

This is a great set, the numbering on each screwdriver makes finding the rights size quick and easy. The sizes are perfect for what they are intended.

I bought this set to accommodate my S&W 14, 19, and 629 revolvers. They're perfect! They provide a much better fit than the screw driver supplied by S&W with my 629. I recommend them highly.
