Not a Heavenly mattress
This was not the same Heavenly Bed we owned before. We had a Heavenly Bed for 7 1/2 yrs, which was bought at a well-known department store, and we were very happy with it. We decided to buy another one, but this time through Amazon because we didn't want to wait for the yearly sale that this particular department store has. We did not look at the reviews because we had personally enjoyed this mattress for 7+ years. What a mistake! Within a couple of months, the sides where we sleep started to sag, leaving a big hump in the middle. We rotated the bed, and it did not help. The bed gave my wife no lower back support after a while, and the only way she could sleep well without waking to a backache was by sleeping on the hump. She went back to look at the reviews, and discovered how unhappy people were with this newer version of the Heavenly Bed. After 18 months, we have gotten rid of this mattress and bought a hybrid model. Buyer beware of this mattress.

Seemed like a good move
We purchased this in a king size after multiple stays in Westin hotels. It was somewhat an impulse purchase as we were remodeling and making many purchase decisions. We did not have time to go to a mattress store and select something, so we opted for a product we had experienced in the hotel many nights. Seemed like a good move.Fast forward 9 months and the mattress has sagged to the point of being almost unusable. It has lost all of its support in key areas (like lower back). We are thoroughly displeased with the quality of this product - I cannot believe it is the same mattress used in Westin hotels, unless they replace mattresses every few months. Our started sagging within a month and within 4 months has lost probably several inches of support in the sleeping position.Major disappointment with this product.

Really disappointing. We bought a heavenly bed ten years ago and loved it. But this one was very uncomfortable and poor quality. It is not the same mattress as the first heavenly bed we bought. We had to replace it with a different type of mattress and really regretted that we wasted so much money on this very expensive -- but unusable -- mattress.

Heaven and Hell - We own two
We have two Heavenly Beds...Love the first (still) and hate the second !! This latest version of "Heavenly Bed" is AWFUL, and I made the additional mistake of recently buying the second one from POTTERY BARN thinking I was buying the same mattress I bought five years earlier under same name from Westin. It is not the same. PB will not refund. We absolutely love that first HB mattress. We hate the second....it's not even close to the first one. It's hard, uncomfortable and there's a night and day difference between the first Heavenly Bed mattress we bought. And we are stuck with it. Choose wisely.

DO NOT BUY THIS BED - TOTAL GARBAGE
Westin (and SPG) you should be ashamed. Several months ago my husband and I purchased a Westin Heavenly Bed for our home. Starwood properties are my hotel of choice when I travel, which is more than 100 days a year. One of the reason I choose Starwood properties is the quality of the bed. It is consistently comfortable, I sleep well, and I wake up refreshed.The Westin Heavenly Bed is garbage. Not only is not the same bed as in your hotels, it started to soften and develop sags within 3 months. It's so bad now that both my husband and I wake up with backaches every morning. Sleeping through the night has become difficult.Researching the Westin Heavenly Bed online over the past few days, I learned that our experiences were confirmed by many, many others. The reviews stink. Neither Westin (Starwood) nor Simmons (the manufacturer) acknowledge that the bed is not the same. Despite numerous complaints, Westin refers all of them to Simmons, who sends out "inspectors" to check for sag. If it does not sag more than 1 1/2 inches, the company does not consider it to be defective.The FAQ on the Westin website states, in response to the question "What if I don't like the bed?": "We are certain that you will love your Heavenly® Bed. The bed is made for your order and cannot be returned." Oh yeah? What if I HATE my Heavenly Bed?This experience is enough to have me reconsider my loyalty to the Starwood brand. Shame on you for putting your name on such a shoddy product and doing nothing to help those of us who are experiencing problems.

NO COMFORT OR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE! Cannot believe a company like WESTIN Hotels would have service like this. Live chat doesn't work and no dissatisfaction allowed. Doesn't seem professional to me at all. Do you own due dilligence.

My bed is 10 years old and just starting to sag in the areas where my husband and I sleep. I am ready for a new bed and will buy it again. Also, all my adult children have heavenly beds and no one has a complaint.
