Nice solution, but not for the faint of heart. Questionable parts quality.
First of all, we really like the look and function of the rolling hardware. Would we buy again, yes! However, the installation is not for someone who thinks they'll just drill a few holes and slap it up on the wall. We bought two sets that spanned a total of 20ft. Each of the two doors weighed about 85lbs. One set of tracks matched up to the studs behind the sheetrock really well. One did not match any of the pre-existing holes with studs behind the wall. Now that was NOT the manufacturer's fault. My house was just built by someone who could not measure very well. And, it was far from easy to drill new holes in the steel. My biggest piece of advice....get and use a level at every step along the way. Check it, then check it again, then check it again....at every step along the way.The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow along. The packaging and layout of the hardware were well done. However, two of the bolts that held the rollers to the barn door stripped out once we applied the hex nut to the end of the bolt - meaning, there was nothing to screw into. I replaced the bolts, but it was impossible to find black and metric bolts to match what came in the package. So, I'm currently stuck with silver bolts/nuts in two places. If the manufacturer wants to send me new hardware, I'll be happy to adjust the Value for Money rating to 5/5.

Excellent Support
I bought an 11" track for a door I made. The instructions were very clear and made it easy for me to install in the right location and at the right height. The door is a 67"-wide door made of MDF, so it is quite heavy, but it rolls incredibly well. The only issue I had is that one of the lag screws used to attach the track to the wall snapped while I was installing it. I contacted the seller, not really expecting much of a response. In the meantime, I went to the local hardware store and bought a new lag screw that would work. The seller did respond, and stated that they did not stock this screw as a service part, but that if I went to a local store and bought one, they would refund me for the cost. I told them I had already done that, and that I was all set. They replied again and asked me what I paid for the screw, and I said it was somewhere around $1.50, but I was all set. The next day, I received notice that I was getting a refund to my credit card for $1.59. Much better service than I ever expected, and the product looks and works great!

Nice barndoor hardware.
I have used this brand before. I will buy again. The dimensions in the instructions are very precise and makes the installation easy. As before, I had to drill some new mounting holes in the cross bar. The bar is pre-drilled for stud spacing of 16 inches center to center. In reality, stud positions around a door opening may vary widely. Also, many homes have stud spacing of 24 inches in interior walls. This is not a problem, and I mention it because it is something to be aware of when installing these doors. The workaraound is to install a board as a header to mount the cross bar. In this installation, that option would not work.

Good VALUE might need some tweaking if studs don't line up.
I seldom write reviews. I was always put off by the price of hardware for a barn door but when I saw this one the price was reasonable. I purchased and hoped it would be OK. It is GREAT. Heavy, easy rolling. the holes to mount it are 16 inches on center so I had no problem drilling holes. If the holes don't hit on the studs I would recommend adding a 1x4 backer board painted the same color as your wall. This might leave a gap between the door and the opening so You could tear out your drywall and install bracing but that is a lot of work and then you'll have to patch the drywall. Also, you could drill new holes that match the studs and then put a decorative bolt in the old holes. I think we lucked out hitting studs. We did have to shorten the bar but a hacksaw worked fine. The finish is very nice. Even without directions a handy person could figure it out. i usually read directions after. the directions weren't great but the pictures were ok. We pre-drilled pilot holes and used a socket wrench to screw the bolts in. I would purchase again and highly recommend.
