Do you neeed an additional throat protector or the the mask design cover this?

the mask has a throat guard on it but if it is being used my someone who is new to the position or a youth player additional protection may be desired just to add that extra level of safety.

Does this specific product from Amazon come with the Deltaflex Harness?

There is an adjustable harness on the mask, with Velcro straps and a thick comfortable padded T head strap attached. Mask is comfortable and lightweight. It was exactly what I needed to catch for my 15U son, he throws high 70’s to low 80’s. I felt safe with an added skull cap, and I’m not a catcher.
