I have gastric reflux. Have tried sleeping in a recliner the past 5 years, but it got to be too uncomfortable. The downtown furniture store wanted twice as much for one of these adjustable beds, so I ordered one off amazon, the twin xl. Box was pretty heavy. But it was pretty easy to set up. I like the adjustable legs, too. Me being short, I used the 9 inch height. Got an innerspring mattress for the top. The remote works well; just need a little table beside the bed to set it on within reach. Hydraulics are amazing for raising and lowering it to my comfort, and very quiet, too. With my health problems, I could never get comfortable like I used to. But this bed is much more comfortable than the recliner. Wish I had this ten years ago. I would strongly recommend it.

We ordered the Twin XL adjustable bed because I need to change positions often. The bed is easy to assemble, sturdy and works well. The memory foam mattress that we already have fit it perfectly.

I have been plagued with a low grade of chronic pain in my lower back from a childhood injury, and restless leg syndrome that has made having a good night's sleep rare for several years. I knew that being a side sleeper was making the problem worse, but no matter what mattress I bought, I always ended up on my side and awake after a couple hours sleep with little hope of getting into a deep sleep again for the rest of the night. A chance comment by a friend led me to consider getting an adjustable bed. It took a few nights to get used to it but found it surprisingly effective. I still don't sleep like a baby, but the quality of sleep has definitely improved so I no longer feel sleep deprived. I still take me restless leg medicine, but no longer require OTC pain medication.I do want to mention a video attached to this product showed the legs as wobbly, which concerned me. What that video showed couldn't have been with this bed. The legs firmly screw into directly to the sturdy frame and it is solid as a rock. I am a 73 year old female so you know I don't have some superhuman strength and that is my result in assembling the frame.

The bed platform went together easily, and it was also easy to adjust the overall height by adding the spacers to the legs. The legs just screw into the frame and that was it. Easy enough to do that the only reason you need 2 people is to turn it upright and put the mattress on. The remote has presets that make it easy to adjust. The platform is very sturdy, and all of the working mechanisms are hidden underneath the bed. Looks very good even without a skirt.

It worked great until remote stopped working. I reset it -- re "paired" it-- changed batteries -- all the possible ways to fix. Nothing worked. No new remotes will be in stock for 2 months. I'm stuck with the head flat and the feet up. Not comfortable.

This power bed is great. I’ve had it now for about 2 months. It came out of the box with ease of assembly. Height adjustable legs great. Lift motors are very quiet and smooth operation. The cordless remote is rather small, but not a problem. I would recommend this bed to anyone who needs a power assist bed for ease of getting up. Has been beneficial for arthritis pain relief.
