I know how importance the health of my gut is, and since I've been taking these capsules I've found my digestive system is doing what it's supposed to do. I reordered them when a bottle of capsules ran out, but then decided to subscribe, thereby saving money as well as having the hassle taken away. I gave the flavour 5 stars, but to be honest, there's no flavour to them, they go down easily with water and I don't taste anything. They go hand in hand with a good diet of fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds and grains. I eat dairy and eggs, but these capsules are suitable for any kind of diet, as long as it's healthy and has enough fibre in it.

I had read a lot about gut health in regards to helping acne sufferers. As mine was pretty bad I decided to buy this product (due to the high content of CFU cultures) and it was still a fairly reasonable price. I have been taking these prebiotics for a month now (along side Vitamin A, DIM vitamins and Vitamin D and magnesium) I have seen a MASSIVE improvement in my skin all over. I would highly recommend this product. It has also made me feel good inside as well as on the outside. Really easy to swallow and almost no taste to them. Must buy!

Found these have been so beneficial in aiding my gut health. After lots of on going problems physically I started taking these, this is my second order. They reduced the stomach bloating, constipation, stomach cramps and even my skin looks better. I do take them along with other supplements to reduce cortisol levels and it's worked for me. Good value for money if you take 1 aday it last 6 months I started with 2 aday for the first few weeks and now take 1 a day.

Product appears to be fine, although it does take some weeks to determine the benefits - hence being unable to give a definitive overview of the Product itself at this stage.

I have suffered from IBS for many years and have taken medication and supplements to improve and support my gut health. When I first purchased these, I had them tested with a Kinesiologist, who tested whether they were good for my body, and they showed up as 'priority', which means that they were good for my body. I have taken them for many months, and I can say that I have seen a reduction in my IBS symptoms over this time. Whether that is solely down to these I obviously cannot say, however I do feel that they help a lot, and if my body tells me that it benefits from them, that's good enough for me.

After a few short months it seems these capsules have solidified or had some kind of reaction. Also not as effective as it was when first bought. Even stopped using it for a few days and weeks to see if my body built up a tolerance but no effect.

I've suffered with gas for over 4yrs, my diet is healthy (plant based) but i usually get gas usually after 7pm...depending on what food i eat (soy milk, coconut, beans) it can be fowl and it will last until i sleep. i take certain foods and teas that help calm gas but they eventually loose their power and stop working overtimewhen i started these priobotics i began to bloat and pass wind alot everyday with a fowl smell different to the gas i was having before. it stopped after 3 weeks.. now i don't gas or bloat anymore ..before i would gas every few minutes during the evening but now i hardly ever gas, if i do it maybe once or twice or if i have really over eaten. But since i have been taking these pills i have been at peace with my digestion.
