Not good for people who sweat
Works great and has a good burn. Makes my back pain bearable where I can move and get things done. However if you sweat a lot then the patch will keep peeling off. I was cleaning and started to sweat and the patch kept peeling off. Other than that it’s easy to put on by yourself too

Love this alternative of the regular Salon Pas patches. It really helps and has a topical NSAID in it for pain relief.

Don't stick well.
These work well but do not stick well. I have to use bandaging tape to keep them from rolling off with the cloth from clothing.
