It works!
So this is the second time I've used this product. The first time it burned and I rinsed it right away. This time, I noticed the burning/tingling last for a few mins then goes away. I think that means that it's working. After massaging the cap while on my head, working the product into my hair, I let it sit for 15 mins as instructed. It looks like I went to the salon! My hair is soft, silky and shiny. I would recommend using monthly.

Interesting experience
I got this in my Fall FFF box and was really excited to try it. This was the weirdest experience. Its a self heating hair mask, no hair dryer needed. It burns lime hell, so try not to get it on your skin. I kept checking my hair to make sure it was not melting. It did not. When it was over, and I barely made 20 mins, my hair was smooth, silky and really pretty amazing.I had planned to use every week when I shampoo, but I think I will stick to 1x/month. I may have to update after the 2nd use.

Horrible Product created…. STOP !!!!
Some reviews were not available at the time of purchase, after receiving this product within 5 minutes it started to burn and then I didn’t realize that heat activated meant that I’m burning my hair off!!!! The worst product ever created in my 49 years!!!!

Great Concept But...
I bought this from Walmart bc it was on clearance. Today I found out why. The concept, the idea of this product is great but they didn't think it all the way through. Couldn't have.Confession- I didn't really read the box before using it. So I didn't know what was going on when my head started BURNING!!! Within a minute I started searching online and found the reviews. I thought this cap was going to burn my scalp off!!! I only lasted 5 minutes. I did like the way my hair felt. So I put a shower cap on and put my heated shower cap over that. My hair felt nice afterwards. In the future, I'll probably scrape the product from the other ones and use my heated shower cap.

Smfh!!!
I thought this product would do its job. I won't know because my scalp and neck started to burn instantly. I could not keep the paper mask on my head no more than 2 mins. It burns so bad and i rinse my hair out because i didn't know if my hair would fall out. The directions says leave on hair for 20 mins and that's way to long for this intense conditioning. Sorry Kim but this product ain't it.

Omg it burns do not buy !!!
As soon as I put it one my forehead and head burns I kept it on thinking "ok this a process " but as soon as i googled it I rinsed it out DO NOT RECOMMEND PLZ DO NOT BUY THIS . My hair still tingles omg

Would give a zero star if I had the option. Product burned my skin within seconds. Took it off after 3 mins, I am not sure why this Product was not recall. The ingredients it contains are burning chemicals that will damage hair even more. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
