Updated 10/10/20 - Mighty little steamer, with wonderful customer support
Quick Update-----------------My Steamer pump, stopped working few weeks back, I contacted CS, and they prompt in responding back to me. They were excellent in standing by their product and honoring their warranty. they send me a new one right away. I just wish they took my advice into consideration, to change this into a truly travelers steamer by changing it to become universal voltage and providing a small travel pouch. I would also add, that whatever mechanism is their, that was supposed to protected against Calcium and other mineral built up, doesn't seem to be working well, if at all, since it does build up, and I am assuming that it what eventually makes the pump stop working. Thank you Rebecca for prompt help, ensuring that I got my replacement in a timely fashion.Pros:1- Very small size, very convenient for traveling2- Relatively does an excellent job releasing 95% of large wrinkles etc, so if are like most people that's all want to achieve, this will do the job and will replace your iron, for anal people like myself, it won't replace the iron 100%, but it truly made my life much easier specially in areas where ironing is not so easy (e.g, shoulder area & between shoulder blades on the shirts), pleats on pants (that gets shiny and extra lines everywhere from ironing over the lining & pockets, that ruin the pants forever and I no matter what I do, I was never able to make 100%, and I LOVE to iron and I like my creases to be single and straight š), or hard to iron items like your suit, when traveling for job interview, but what what I found it works very well me and it made my life much easier, is to use the iron first for minute to do my shirt creases the way I like them to be, then hang the shirt, use the iStaem, to release 95% of the wrinkles (specially if the shirt was folded during travel, and not out of the dryer), then when done, use the iron again for 1-2 minutes to really iron the fine wrinkles away, and I found that my shirts still. looks great, in fact I expect them to look better and last longer as the steam ironing is much more gentler on the fabric on the long run than a regular iron , even ones with steam, but it kales me now an average of 5-7 min with casual work, rather than 15-20 min of much harder work with the iron alone, to make sure everything is perfect.3- Excellent Customer support - when I bought my unit, I didn't start using it till I was overseas and will be for extended period of time, but I noticed that the steam is coming only from the central 5 holes and not out of the 2 on the far end of each side, which I didn't think was normal, so I contacted customer support inquiring about that, and I got prompt response from Rebecca, that it wasn't normal, and infant the steam, should be coming from all the nozzle holes, and without hesitation, she sent me another unit right away, which was brought to me by a friend who was traveling. To my surprise the second unit did the exact same thing, which prompted me to have a closer look, only to find that the 2 outer most ones on each side, were not actually holes through and through, but rather a cosmetic/ decoy ones, I guess for better aesthetic, although I would have preferred that it would have 7 functioning holes and cover a wider steaming area. So I emailed customer support, to explain to them about my finding, and that obviously the first unit was not defective as we both thought, and offered to pay for teh second unit since it was my mistake in the first place, however Rebecca was very apologetic for giving me the wrong information, and considered it as much as it was her fault as it was mine, that she gave me the wrong information on my initial inquiry and refused to let me pay for the second unit and gave it away as a gift. This small nice gesture alone, was more than enough to show me how responsible, responsive and very supportive the customer service for this company, standing behind their products 100% and taking responsibility even when it's not entirely their fault and I think that is the best recipe for any business success. I already started telling my friends and family about my experience and about the product and their company , which deserve all the support that is due, and I will be gifting a lot of my friends and family members this little mighty iSteamer.4- Yes, you can use it in every angle, even upside down, or on a table )just like you would with an iron), which is way much better than most of the other flask like designs that have to be held in a perfect angle, otherwise it starts spitting and spilling hot water everywhere... I truly truly was impressed with that feature aloneCons:I don't know, if I should be consider these as cons, but I would rather call them wishes for a better product in the future.Since this little guy is mainly a travel steamer, it certainly would have been way much more useful and more impressive to add the following (even if the price has to be a little higher, although it doesn't necessarily has to be), but these will definitely give it more edge over other products on the market1- Universal 110-240 Volts - by far the most important request for modification, since lot of countries use 220 volt, and this will eliminate the need to carry large step down converter (specially that this unit is 900 watts, so smaller converters won't work)2- Simple soft material pouch (e.g suede) with separate compartments (main one for the unit itself, with adjacent small/ incomplete/ divider to separate the cord from the body from the main unit, to prevent the plug from horribly scratching the nicely colored plastic, and finally a small (may be padded or non compressible pocket for the beautiful brush that comes with the unit, so as not to ruin and bend the bristles and make it less useful3- A small plug adaptor Amy be (although this might be little harder, because you have to include many of them to cover the whole plug types (European, Japan, UK etc), but certainly of way less important than others4- I am still on the fence regarding the technology that prevent the Ca built up, since I think it started building already around the nozzles, even though I just bought the unit, not long ago and I haven't used it that much, but on the other hand I am currently using it in Egypt, where the salts might be higher, although I used filtered water onlyI hope everyone find this review for both the product and the seller helpful. If anyone has any question about the product, I will be more than happy to try to answer it, to the best of my ability.and yes, I am just an average regular customer, and this was my true story. yes I ended up given the second unit for free, and I couldn't return teh first one since I am overseas for extended period time, but it is honest review and I was NOT paid to write it up, and would have still done exactly the same review, just based on my interaction with Rebecca, even if they let me pay for the second unit, because that review was well earned..Thank you Rebecca ... Thank. you Exagora team and I apologize for the delay writing this.

UPDATED:Replacement Steamer WORKS!!
UPDATE:After leaving the review below when i received a faulty steamer, the vendor reached out to me and asked if i was willing to give it another shot. Honestly, i dont know why i dont go to the vendor directly when a part doesnt work as it usually works out for the better.Anyways, once i received the replacement part (it was sent promptly after the review), i immediately tested out on probably the most wrinkled shirt i have in order to find a reason to no like it. And now I am here to tell you, i would have LOVED, to hate this but honestly it works and pretty dam well i might add. If you are looking for a small, quick, travel size steamer, this might be it (TEST IT OUT BEFORE TAKING IT ON VACATION). If you are looking for a steamer that can steam your entire wardrobe in one take of water, this is not designed for that.I would have given 5 starts but the first steamer i received was faulty. The customer service i received though, 5 startsPREVIOUS REVIEW:Spews out a large amount of water from the steam holes. Even putting a towel covering the holes still didnt work from keeping my clothes from getting soaked. After using it on a side of my shirt, it looks like I was steaming using a child's water gun. Yes I read all the instructions it came with to make sure I wasnt missing a special trick.Returning in the morning.

Overheated in less than a week
I really wanted this steamer to work and ignored all the reviews that mentioned malfunction within short period.I purchased this to take to our month long trip to Mexico.Arrived on time and had a chance to test it here before we left. It worked fine on a short sleeve casual buttoned shirt, so I happily packed it.First time using it to de-wrinkle basic clothing for my family of 5, 3 T-shirts, a polo shirt and a maxi dress. Got it done in about 20 minutes- longer than if I had used a regular iron and an iron board. ( I have to admit I had fun doing it) I had to refill the water reservoir once to get it all done. What I learned: to get deep wrinkles I had to press the steamer to a surface for faster results.Satisfied with the results so far as an alternative for traditional ironing.Couple of days into this routine without troubles.By the fourth day I noticed a large accumulation of stone-like residue in the main steamer. (Could be the tap water I was using)Fifth day while I was gathering my clothes I plugged it, left in on the floor and it tipped off, I picked it up to start steaming and within about a minute in it started overheating to the point whee I had to let go, it was burning my hand! And when I say this I literally mean it was burning. As a good Mexican Iām used to handling hot stuff on my hands, hand making tortillas, being a baker and restaurant owner so I know about hot plates and that steamer was HOT!!I unplugged it and switched to traditional ironing. I tried it a few other times and it continued overheating.Unfortunately by the time I came back the return period had passed so it was just a waste of money.
