Q: Will this fit a 2017 Tundra double cab SR5? It looks the same.

These are for a separate transmitter (remote). Although they look just like the transmitter that is on the end of the key they are too big and did not work on my 2018 Tacoma. Also I could not return them.

Q: will this fit a 2019 Tacoma 4 door pick up?

Did not work with my 2017 Tacoma that has the transmitter incorporated into the head of key. If they are the same that I ordered they fit an earlier model with a separate transmitter. They would be sweet if they fit the key as it looks like it will but way too big. Also they won`t let me return them.
