This is my second purchase of this item, I originally purchase it because it was helpful for keto, and supported me during my hikes providing fuel muscle recovery. I stopped right there’s a review because my friends at salty pelican really took the time to make sure I got this quickly, it didn’t even show delivered on Amazon when I received it at my doorstep. So I must give them a five star review in addition to the product! This has great flavor, and does wonders for your energy!

I use it as a pre-workout boost. The tast is a bit tangy if you dont add enough water but overall this works great for me. Been using it for at least 2 years now. They also have a strawberry flavor which isn't bad.

I read the reviews but I really should have paid better attention to the negative ones. This tastes so bad like rancid cooking oil and oj. The horrible nausea and stomach cramps were the absolute deal breaker. Nothing that makes you feel so bad can be good for you. Too bad it was so expensive

Did not notice any change in my energy level or any other changes

The item came in with a broken seal.Judging by the look of the seal folded on the cap and how the powder is sticking on the broken seal, the bottle must have been previously opened and recapped. Also, it seems like the bottle is half empty.

It tastes good and reduces my appetite. I took 2 scoops every morning after waking up. I believe it has helped me with muscle recovery. Unfortunately, I haven't lost weight and my body composition wasn't improved.
