Does take a long time to put together, but great desk!

I am happy with this desk, that I am making my vanity. The drawers move well. The desk is sturdy.Like much of the other reviews I am going to mention the time consuming assembly. I took my time to limit mistakes - still made a couple (as you can see in the pictures). It took me 2 hours and 49 minutes to assemble on my own.I think the way to fix the confusion with assembly the manufactures should use shading to show the different between finished and unfinished sides - that would have solved both of my mistakes.I still would recommend this - but shop around for a good price. I bought at the end of July 2020: $120.Faster shipping than I was expecting though, which was great.

We bought this for my 6 year old's room desk. It is good quality and looks nice and clean in her space. The instructions were difficult to understand and we almost contacted the seller at one point because we couldn't get a piece to fit, but eventually figured it out on our own. The only other thing is that the drawers only come out half way, so you can't really put things in the back of the drawer that are smaller or you wouldn't be able to see them when you opened the drawer. I thought this piece was appropriately priced and would purchase again if needed. Just make sure you go into assembly expecting some headache.

While attempting to build this desk for our daughter Christmas gift, we found many of the wood dowel holes being too large and at a depth which ended up with the entire dowel sinking into the holes, which we were not able to retrieve. The result was instability with some of the panels, since they were able to pivot on the bolt that was in place to join sections together. Additionally, there are other drilled holes that were measured incorrectly, making the rest of the desk impossible to stay together (the holes for the the cylindrical inserts that are used to twist/tighten once a metal rod is inserted are drilled at a distance greater than the length of the rod that is supposed to go into them - or the rods aren't long enough, but such is not the case). Lastly, one of the back panels arrived with a damaged corner, which I was able to overlook because it wasn't visible but once it was found that the desk couldn't be constructed... We contacted the manufacturer and all we received was an apology because our purchase was over 30 days old... because it was a CHRISTMAS GIFT.

I decided to purchase it anyways , despite all the comments I made, mainly because I wanted to use this for my diy vanity. Here is the honest truth. It took me from 2pm to 8pm to finish.... mainly because It was hard to understand the directions. I did finish, but when I unwrapped the desk out ofthe box, my table had big chips in them. Now luckily they are in places that aren’t obvious. I have so many pieces of screws left over and I am not sure if it is because they sent extra, or because I simply misread the pictures . The drawer space is not deep so you won’t be able to stand things up. Overall, It did end up nice and a good size for my room, I just wish it wasn’t so difficult to build, and wish the drawer size was deeper.Update: the drawer front just fell off one day. I’m not even sure how that’s possible, but I went to go pull the drawer out to grab something and it just... separated from the rest of the desk. So I’m going to try to super glue it to stick it together

The price & product is amazing the assembly was moderately easy I would recommend someone with a bit of building knowledge would probably make it easier but overall great product which I use daily

I was very apprehensive of buying this furniture as a study table for my 6 year old. So far happy with it , its only been a week since we started to use it.it came as a very well packaged furniture - double boxes with edges sealed in Styrofoam to prevent chipping. Very impressed with packaging.But the instruction part is where you will have to brainstorm and assemble. Especially the drawers part. Anyway i and my husband took about 4 hours to put together. The oak or beige color is a very contemporary one. Its an elegant and Sturdy (70 lbs) table. Will update my review after we use it for a few months.

I LOVE THIS DESK SO MUCH! I have been on the hunt for a new desk for a few years now and when I found this one, I knew it was the one. It fits my room so well, it’s very elegant and sturdy. Only downside was that the drawers don’t come out all the way (picture included), but I don’t mind it much. The assembly was a bit complex but it’s not as bad once you get the hang of it. I think it’s a great dupe for an ikea desk. Hey Definitely worth every penny!😍

I am very happy with this purchase. I needed a desk with some storage, but for a small space. Even though the drawers are very tiny, I am glad I chose the 4-drawer, not the 3-drawer option. It came well packaged and no damage. I noticed immediately the material is not a very high quality, but I think it is good value for the price. Assembly was fun, it took two us us a bit of time to get it done, but the instructions were easy to follow, and there was enough screws and nails included with the package.
