I got these to just try them out because a friend told me about them. When I got them I tried them out the first night because they have to be on for 8 hours so I sleep with them on my feet. I woke up the next morning feeling amazing I had a lot of energy and I felt rejuvenated. I was full of energy all day long. I love these and I let my husband use them and he felt the same way. This is worth the money and it helps your body.

Everyone's body is different, but here's my personal experience using these foot patches. They do exactly what's advertised. I used them every night for two weeks and from the very start I felt my energy level booming. They have really made a difference and it's helping me tremendously with my work which requires me to stand all day.

I received these a day quicker than was expecting! Confirming that there are only15 pairs (for those that misread when they said 30 pads). Slightly strange smell upon opening and gets onto hands, but quickly washes off. The stickiness works, but I placed socks on feet to help since it says 8 hours and I'm still awake and the friction may cause them to slip. Only just put them on, so idk if they work yet or not.

Hep with sore muscles, pain relief. However it does not stick on properly so you will have to use tape or socks for it to stay on. With plantar fasciitis it helps alot. If you feel heel pain coming on use it immediately but it work better during the night.
