Can the bars be used for dips?

I would not. I'm a relatively light weight but I would not feel secure or trust the chair to support my weight. I have decent upper body strength and relatively good balance and could probably use it that way but if fatigue sets in or if you are attempting to work to failure, I could see lots going wrong. The height adjustment bar does not lock but is basically wedged into place by your body weight when doing low back hyper extensions and that feels perfectly secure due to your body weight. The unit is relatively light, not heavy enough to support the body weight of most people placing their full body weight on the handle bars.

I think you are asking about the dimensions when folded up?   If you retract the pad as much as possible, the folded dimensions are 43" long x 23" wide (at the handles) x 9" thick.

does anyone know if you can get replacement pads where your ankle touches the pads?

I’m 6’3 , 210lb does this bench support 6’3 hight for back excersise?

This item is better for people with smaller feet....I think it’s better for women

The ankle holder is kinda awkward...I suggest getting the model that is bigger....look at pics and be careful to see that the foot and ankle area seem big enough

I’m heavier but shorter than you...but the thigh cushion does not go low enough and the middle space is actually a bit too narrow and shallow for my “package” and uncomfortable at the foot placement and ankle strap area
