Mophie Juice Pack Air iPhone X - Blue

Well made and designed but have been stored too long for the battery to be very good, managed to get iphone X from 20% to 70% after about 5 hours. Handy the way you can wirelessly charge both the sleeve and phone together.

This has a lot of very poor ratings saying it doesn’t work. Having had it for a day or so, I have concluded that there is nothing wrong with the product per se. The problem is that it uses your iPhone’s lighting connector to charge. In my experience the lightning connector is flawed - for years I’ve been struggling to charge my iPhone with the lightning connector, no matter which cable/charger I use. So yeah, it can be difficult to get the Mophie to charge my phone, but I’m confident that it isn’t Mophie’s fault. Having said that, ideally the Mophie wouldn’t rely on the lightning connector - it would be great if it had a Qi pad built-in, but (a) there doesn’t seem to be anything else around that does have that, and (b) it already has a Qi receiver, so I imagine that could be quite tricky.

Great design and all that, but it doesnt charge a dead battery to 100%, more like 50 and then it takes ages to charge - so i dont use it as much, but i use it for a protective cover.

This battery case fits the bill in almost all aspects that matters1. it's small and compact so it doesn't add much bulk2. protects all the way round the phone with raise bezels. This means when face down on the table, the screen isn't in contact unlike other products3. The case is a 2 part shell which makes it super easy to put your phone in and remove without that awkward tilt phone out, putting strain on the lightning connector4. Nice rubberised texture. Feels well made5. Wireless Qi charging compatiblebut there are some really major drawbacks1. It uses a USB micro-b connector instead of lightning. I wouldn't have minded if it was type c but micro-b should be cast into the fire never to return.2. Charging wired seems to be slower but I will need quantitative evidence to prove this3. A massive chin which does take time to get used to4. The button to turn on charging is unresponsive at best5. Can't charge the case unless the phone is either unplugged or fully charged

Nice product well finished off shame about the micro b connection. Thank you the real lightning connection are USB c Would’ve made this a near perfect product

This case is completely useless! Do not buy. Gives max 30% extra battery. I do not understand how they sell such a product. Also uses micro USB. Just one extra, short, useless cable.

Not great. Only charges the phone about 35 percent. Also gets very hot and does not have the lightning connector on the case. It has micro USB!

Overall the build quality is amazing it comes as two parts that lock together snuggly around the phone, its contactless and wireless charging. To use the backup charge you just hold the button on the back and it charges.Two things to warn you about tho is the case doesn't have a headphone jack so no 3.5mm jack and it doesn't charge via a lightning port the case effectively turns the charge port into a MicroUSB so i have to take it off and put my earphones in if i want to take a call or listen to music.Other than that great phone case.
