GE WB30X354 Genuine OEM 8" Coil Surface Element Kit for GE Electric Ranges

Used this to replace a broken eye on my stove from the 50s, it has worked great and was easy to use to replace the broken eye. This was a much cheaper alternative to replacing the stove. Mine was a GE and it similarly matched the other eyes especially after we replaced the medallion in the middle with the broken eyes medallion.

Arrived earlier than anticipated. Excellent choice for a legacy 1972 GE Range 8-inch burner. Fit like a glove. 'Works like a charm. So very happy...!!

This burner replaces a previous burner we bought locally. This GE WB30X354 Genuine OEM 8" Coil Surface Element is superior element compared to our previous one. For sure 5 stars on how well it’s constructed. The one issue: the ceramic insulator that is a part of the kit was a mismatch to the burner. Luckily we kept the old ceramic insulator. I would recommend holding onto the old parts for future needs.

Bolted right in! The only problem was the ceramic terminal block on one came shattered because Amazon shipped it in a bag instead of a box. Note it is cheaper to buy the complete assembly than to buy a replacement ceramic WB2X1351!

I purchased this two years ago to replace an original element that came on a 1957 vintage GE counter top range. I tried to find one at a local brick and mortar supply house that carries a wide selection of replacements, but none would fit, including the one they ordered for me. I turned to Amazon and quickly found one. The item arrived promptly, fit perfectly, and works great. I should have tried Amazon first!

For my Oven two of the parts were broken was able to but the old part to replace these at the time I dont know how to send the picture of the part

Buyer beware. This is a cheap knockoff. The picture shows a Genuine Calrod 8" GE WB30X354 element. On the real thing, Genuine Calrod is stamped on the element. These are not stamped. The element is made to mimic the Calrod element, but is made of a different material. The profile of this one is more rounded than an original which is flattened on the top. I don't thiink the resistance of this element material is the same as an original, thus not providing as much heat. Also, the terminals and screws are junk. I ordered two GE WB30X354s, each having 3 terminals. The screws were difficult to install in all of them, but had to use screws from the original elements in 3 of them and even they were difficult to screw in. At the same time, I ordered two GE WB30X356s which are the 6" elements. These came in as Genuine Calrod. They installed easily and without problem. All of the materials and manufacturing were of good quality. The wording on the ad for the GE WB30X354s and the GE WB30X356s is identical except for model number. As far as I am concerned, the items provided for the 8" GE WB30X354s were a bait and switch.
