I injured my tailbone in 2022 riding an exercise bike. It's a long story, a freak accident but it happened. I went through the normal process of X-rays without anything coming up remarkable. To make a long story quite short some muscle damage and inflammation. Recommendation was physical therapy to alleviate the pain along with ice therapy. Several months was excruciating with very little sleep and basically I was stuck standing most of the time because finding a comfortable position to sit was nearly impossible. Yes, I bought several of the recommended cushions to support my type of injury but I found was ineffective. I should mentioned the embarrassing comment from my granddaughter who said it looked like I was carrying around a toilet seat for sitting. She said this while we were on a flight to Colorado. I heard the chuckles from passengers seated near us. Anyways I stumbled across a video on YouTube about the benefits of sulphur and how it helps with joint pain amoung other issues and so I did my research. I actually saw this product particular from another YouTube channel. It came highly recommend for it's purity. So I said why not especially after my physical therapist told me that my tailbone would never be the same again. Well I am happy to report she was wrong. I took this product for six months following the protocol from the instructions on the back. I got up to two leveled teaspoons twice a day. Yes I did the research to see just how much can be tolerated. Now I can sit in any position and my sleeping is back to normal. Once again I'm back on this product again. I injured my right shoulder and the pain is excruciating. Oh I forgot to mention I'm accident prone so I'll leave the details out. I highly recommend this product simply because it worked for me. A beautiful addition is the skin, nails, and hair growth. Also the energy is amazing as well. I hope my testimony helps others, especially the accident prone people.

I have been using this as part of a heavy metal detox and have excellent results. I have no way of knowing what role or to what extent that this particular product played but after 3 months of detox, I can't even begin to list the little issues and some not so little that have completely disappeared. My intent was to detox since many of my symptoms lead me to believe that might be the issue, but I lost over 10 pounds in the process. I have never been a fat person, female 6' and 137 pounds steady for about 15 years but I always had a stomach an muffin tops; so I think it was all inflammation and toxins... flat tummy and currently 127. However, please USE CAUTION when using this or any MSM product and detoxing as you can certainly have reactions to your body trying to rid itself of all the stored crap. I broke out in bumps all over my stomach, especially over my gallbladder and just below my collar bone and above my breast area. They didn't hurt but they did itch and burn if you touched or scratched them, but fortunately I had read hives can be part of detoxing. I am continuing to take this and will cut my dosage now that my detox is complete, as preventive maintenance since I've read many articles on the benefits of MSM. My belief is that viruses will not survive and attach in your body if you are taking sulfur and therefore prevent many rampant illnesses we see today take hold in one's body. I don't like the crystals as well as the powder I have used in another brand, the crystals don't dissolve as quickly and while I don't know that is is bad I just like the powder that mixes and disappears. Update: I have realized that MSM has completely gotten rid of my nightly leg cramps, twitching or RLS; whatever you want to call it. I have tried magnesium, potassium, sprays, massage for YEARS and no success but I have been keeping track when I take this every single day I have not had an issue. I will continue to take organic MSM for all the benefits for my body.

This is the second brand I have tried. I do like this brand better than the other one. If I could change one thing, I would say they need to include a scoop inside the bag that measures the recommended dosage. I started using MSM to get my hair thicker again after postpartum hair loss. My shedding is now slim to none! I drink it 3 times a week. I started off slowly by drinking 1/8tsp in 8oz for a week and increased the dosage by a 1/4 tsp every week until I was up to a full teaspoon. Dissolves easier in warm water. Tastes horrible but it's worth it! Be sure to drink lost of water throughout the day so you don't get a headache!

I waited almost a full year before leaving a review. Initially I started using this product for my fungus overgrowth aka candida. I live in hot and humid Florida and began getting these fungus outbreaks on my back. After 6-8 weeks of consistency (1-2tsb a day) my back has completely cleared up and hasn’t returned. I also didn’t realize how much it has helped my hair. I found a photo from November 2025 with my hair loss and snapped another one today (May 2026). A drastic difference! It is growing in stronger and I shed so much less hair in the shower and when brushing! Definitely a huge bonus! Highly recommend to a lot of people I talk to!

Taste is horrible. I don’t like sour things at all. It is not dissolvable. The side effects are not good. It is mixable and not very digestible. The value for your money is good I guess.

So far so good-using it for 3 weeks now and have less pain in bad shoulder ( also writing Gris to be the 6,000th reviewer as I see there are 5,999 right now 🙂)

I have just recently started taking this Organic Sulfur Crystals and already after just a few days my back muscle pain is a lot less. Wow! I'm sure I will experience many other benefits as well. I am so happy that i ordered such a great quality product.

Omg … so fed up…. Packaged received damaged , the powder spilled all over my bed and was inside the package … don’t think can be consumed anymore…. Highly disappointed

Lasts a very long time. I’d say 3 years minimum. Healed my knee injury without me even noticing! My hair and skin have improved, and this has an energizing effect on me. If taken before bed, I get weird dreams, but if taken in the morning, I get steady, high energy. I feel hydrated. I feel my bowels are more active in a good way, and I feel more hunger. I believe my metabolism is faster. Intimidating how well it works, amazing little secret :)

I bought this because of having a lot of inflammation and also needing more nutrients I think maybe it has improved my hair somewhat, but I haven't been taking it for a long time. The crystals do not dissolve easily in liquid and they taste like death (I wouldn't recommend contaminating a smoothie or yoghurt with them), but I've found that if I put it in cranberry and cherry juice, mix it well and then guzzle it down, it's quite doable. I take a teaspoon dose twice a day. Right now, I need a small glass of juice to get it down but hope to reduce that to half a glass at a time. I have been told to take a picture without make up before taking, one a week after, then a month after and then three months and then six months after to compare the results. It's supposed to make a significant difference to hair and skin appearance as well as inflammation in joints. It remains to be seen, but I'm quite satisfied with the product itself.

This product is amazing. My back pain & knee pain are soooo much better, even after gardening! It dissolves easily, therefore absorbs in your body better than capsules .
