Does not come with British plug, or an adapter so unable to use. Does not explain any of this on the website. Thought it may have been uk plug as it is on a uk websiteThe only plus side was that amazon provided me with an adapter plug free of charge which was lovely.

Was unsure of this product. The box put me off with description of use. Have to consider safety with this type of equipment. Returned item.

Not made well at all
Can't separate the boots for placing on separate feet adequately, very small wire? Boots are very tight, a wide foot is crushed. They don't close, they just gape open at the front, there are tabs which you would expect velcro or something but no, just plastic tabs that just hang there

Stopped working suddenly. Then when my husband checked them out they were wired incorrectly and the lowest setting before that was still too hot. AVOID!

Terrible have no English plug or connections cannot even out a connector on, but delivery was quick and did get a refund

Awful Product!
Do not buy these!!!I plugged them in, waited for them to heat up 5 minutes later they was burning hot and had completely melted on the outside!!!Don’t waste your money!!
