Received item somewhat damaged, managed to get together, menu button does not bring up menu, thus no settings can be accessed, nor the sleep timer.

Do not order a tv remote you unable to use all the features
I am satisfied with the remote but my tv was not a smart tv. My firestick made the tv smarter meaning all the functions on the remote I could not use. It was an oversight on my part but the remote does work to turn the tv on and off as needed since my firestick on that tv was not a 4-k.
