Spyder 600887 13 Piece Bi Metal Steel Hole Cutter Saw Kit with Blades and Arbors

Purchased and have used for 6 months.Very sharp & we'll designed. The attachment is phenomenal & easy to change sizes or remove the cut wood. So I love it!As awesome as this kit is however, I do have an issue with it, which I'mshocked that spyder hasn't resolved yet. I am unable to use on my Ryobi drill press, because it only drills 4" deep, and the arbors included are 7"+.So after contacting spyder support & lots of research, to no avail, as well as, some trial and error, I did find that bosch makes a shorter arbor that will work with this set on a drill press.You're welcome lol jk

Thought and engineering went into this product, and if this your first hole-saw purchase, it'll serve you well.As a hedzup, the arbors for the Spyder also fit Milwaukee, Lenox, and other hole-saws. The Milwaukee set I already had has 3 more saws than the Spyder kit does and comes in a smaller blow-mould box, so I ended up getting additional pilot drill/arbor sets and arbors-only through Lowe's, these items not -- yet? -- being available through Amazon. The kit uses both 3/8" and 1/2" arbors. The second arbors are necessary for enlarging pre-existing holes. To "simplify" things, I went through the Lowe's website for delivery, and system complications followed, so I'd recommend a visit instead.One other suggestion for fellow home-hackers -- attend YouTube U.

I love how easy it is to switch sizes and eject the material stuck in the bit. I have used Milwaukee hole saws for years, but a coworker showed me these in action on a job site and I bought them immediately. I'll never go back to Milwaukee.

By far best hole saws for wood I’ve used. For metal and steel I use green lee or Ideal. But for wood I will never buy anything but spyder again. Effortless holes, the quick change arbor is awesome and the long pilots are great. Top of the line and the price is very reasonable for the quality.

The best tool I've purchased for my bathroom remodel yet! It made cutting the holes for the plumbing and the exhaust fan a piece of cake! Pricey, yes, but we'll worth the money.

I’ve had many hole saws over the years but non of them have cut holes as clean as this one. The removable drill bit makes this tool the easiest ever for removing the cut plug. Excellent design!
