AMAZING product!!!
AMAZING for high stress/anxious horses!! We have 2 two year old's, and one was not handled from the start. He refused to let us get close to him, or touch him. We have had him on this for a little over a month now and he has calmed down tremendously! The bag stands nice, so easy to scoop into feed buckets, great price and lasts us a little over 2 months feeding 2 horses.

Very Effective!
This is a very effective product for anxious horses. I compete monthly and I have found it really takes the edge off. On competition I give a 1/2 scoop in the morning and half at night. My horse becomes level headed when I use this!

Worked on my OTTB
I bought this for my OTTB who is very anxious. When I ride her, it usually takes a good 15 min of prancing around or straight to a canter to calm her down and then we actually start working and riding with a purpose . But sheโs been on this every day for a little over a month and her attitude has calmed down tremendously, itโs like Iโm on a different horse . Love love love. Our feeder at the barn said it even calmed her down in her pasture at feed time , no more being pushy and bucking around while getting her grain .

Your nervous horse
If you have a horse that is antsy while working, this is the product for you. It is not a Tranquilizer. The effect is very subtle, but a nervous horse that is antsy will walk and focus on the task at hand. I have used this for multiple breeds Horse and Pony, and will continue using it as needed.

Definitely helps
Have a horse with some nerve issues, put him on it, within 3 weeks started seeing a huge difference. Have purchased it twice now and will definitely continue. Makes for a happier horse. The bag is very large , closes easy enough, scoop makes for easy measuring. Product last for a good while, for the price, it's just right.

More relaxed
I decided to try this after I started taking Magnesium for myself and could really feel a difference. My horse is a Thoroughbred and is pushy and spunky. I actually haven't ridden and he hasn't been ridden for 4 years and I decided to get us back into it and do trail riding. Before starting his training I wanted to see if I could calm him with the Magesium. At first it seemed to do the opposite but maybe that was something else. I just kept using it and now we are half through the bag and he is more of a gentleman. Unfortunatley the first day of training with Parelli Certified trainer - he walked out of the pasture lame. So now we are waiting until next month to start per vet's recommendation. Thanks Murphy!

Good Product
I read up on feeding magnesium. I have had some lameness issues and other issues with my gypys cross. The only reason it has 4 stars is because he cannot take this without becoming agitated. When I was going thru the reviews of this product there was only one other horse that stated this.. I figured no way this would happen. to mine. I started on the pellets, he ate them with no problem , never snubbed them. About 10 days on this I noticed the change from a sweet boy to becoming a bully and pushy. Now I can't say for sure if it is the product or his health issues and once they are all set , I will probably try this product again. Read up on it it has many health benefits.!
