Is the juice pasteurized?

I found this marketing spiel from the company. Question answered finally! We know our apples, so we pick the best-tasting varieties. Cox's Orange Pippin for its depth of flavour, Bramley for its bite and other varieties such as Braeburn, Jonagold, Gala or Golden Delicious for their delicate flavour and sweetness. We promptly press them at the peak of their ripeness creating our beautifully balanced award winning signature blends We gently pasteurise our juice before pouring into these special cartons, sealing in the goodness for you to enjoy fresh as the day they were pressed

is the ginger beer sweet?

Not too sweet, really delicious cold. Really recommend trying it as not too spsrkling and v refreshing.
