I got this book before getting pregnant and it helped me so much to know what was happening in my body and how to help myself naturally. It helped me during my pregnancy and also postpartum with breastfeeding and just overall understanding what was going on in my body.

Such an educational and helpful book to read. I recommend both you and your husband read it so you both get a better understanding of everything that is going on.

A friend borrowed me this book for my first pregnancy and I loved it! You only need to read a few pages (3-5 pages) a week throughout your pregnancy and its jammed full of helpful tips and information on your journey through pregnancy, delivery, and even post partum. I love the natural touch in the readings but what i loved most was how the author doesn't shame mommas for doing things "unnaturally". It has appropriate pictures, information of what to expext your body and babys body to go through weekly, recipes to make and just a great find and I highly recommend to anyone. I bought one for myself as I will continue to turn to this for future pregnancies and I've bought copies for all my expecting momma friends to gift them at their showers.

This book is exactly as I thought it would be. Has helpful things inside to avoid. Full of tips and week to week insight of your pregnancy. 10/10 would buy again.

As a first time mama wanting to read up on natural options and understand the process of pregnancy, I am really enjoying this book! It has a lot of great information. Sadly my first book had red marks in the middle of several pages and some of the text was very faint on others. I ordered a replacement book which doesn’t have the same print issues but the back came super bent and there’s some damage to the cover. Overall great book I just wish the book itself was in better condition.

I don’t know of any other book like this! It’s something you keep on hand throughout your entire pregnancy. Each week is FULL of great resources. I like how you can get all the info, but spread out throughout the pregnancy. I wish I had this from the start!

In regards to Amazon and the seller, the item was just as described and came promptly (the next day!). No complaints there. This book has so many tips and knowledge for a healthy (and natural) pregnancy and any questions you may have. The stories and illustrations make it super easy to digest and really relatable. You can learn a lot and it helps you plan for things, as well, like what supplies you'll need to get before your baby comes.The only thing that was a teeny bit off-putting and I don't believe was in the description is a printing problem with a few of the illustrations--the colours are a printed a few millimetres off to the right on some pages so they're in the wrong place (that lady's lips are printed on her cheek, for example). Still, it's a flaw in the individual copy and I have honestly no complaints. It's well worth your time as a read and has a permanent place on my bookshelf.

il libro e’ strutturato quasi come un’agenda/calendario divertente, ti accompagna mese per mese con notizie importanti sia sul bambino che su come la mamma dovrebbe comportarsi per avere una gravidanza più naturale possibile. Solo alcuni piccoli consigli, soprattutto quelli riguardanti le visite mediche, si basano sul sistema sanitario americano. Per il resto è un must have per tutte le mamme!
