maybe its the warm weather but the suet is a sticky mass, not free flowing as I expected, still seems to work o.k.

As a coeliac for 30 plus years it can be really hard to find things when products are discontinued, to replace them, so I was so pleased to find this vegan version which doesnt contain anything harmful to me. Does what I need it to do!

Gives a much lighter and less greasy texture to dumplings etc. than ordinary suet. Used it in my Christmas puds.
