Milder way to get your ginger in
I first ran into Ginger People up close on a trip to the middle east. I saw ginger shots in a grocery store. And they had Sidr honey in them. I liked them so much that I got this product. It's not nearly as strong as the ginger shots, but a lighter way to get your ginger into yourself. I am honestly not a big ginger person. But this ginger soother is easy to drink, especially if you don't feel well. I am using it as an addition to my other wellnees items to get me through cold season.

Too much added sugar
This is a refreshing ginger drink. I drink it both hot in cold. I drink it hot in the morning on an empty stomach. The ginger is not overbearing. However, it has too much added sugar. I will finish this bottle but not get another.
