The 2.5 Billion Year SuperFood!
This is the book to have if you are considering taking or are already taking Chlorella for your health. I specifically wanted to get this book because I'm already taking Chlorella and wanted to go beyond the advertising and hype to get down to the nitty-gritty facts. This book transcends the myths with peer reviewed scientific journals that are not long drawn out boring reads, but get to the points that are substantiated by pages of scientific references at the end of the book. Look I already knew that Chlorella is a super food with high protein ingredients and cancer fighting abilities, but I wanted more. Chlorella - Myths, Risks & benefits fills in the gaps in giving you the total picture, both pros and cons. Listen if you're planning to invest in Chlorella or are already taking it like me then you owe it to yourself to get this book, that goes beyond the curtain into the operating manual of this 2.5 billion year super food that will give you the knowledge and benefits in taking your health to the next level.

A book that gives the facts in a straightforward way
This is an excellent book if you want the facts on Chlorella, both the good as well as the potentially worrisome.Don't expect a really entertaining style: yes, it is well written, but the style is a bit dry, maybe because the author merely wants to state the facts as clearly as possible. Yet a book on a topic like Chlorella could hardly be very entertaining, could it?What it DOES give is an incredible amount of scientific information on the possible benefits, as well as on possible risks, of including Chlorella in your diet.I bought this book believing that Chlorella might be a sort of "wonder food", and yes, from what the book says, it perhaps can be a marvelous addition to your diet. Nonetheless, the author points out that in some people, it could do more harm than good. All in all, I think that anyone considering purchasing Chlorella should read - and even study - this book first. No doubt: it deserves five stars, due to the wealth of information provided!

Super info on a Super Food
I'm someone who has developed a greater interest in health as my years have increased. I have to say that, "Chlorella Myths, Risks, and Benefits" did more than make a wonderful case FOR Chlorella, it was also very well researched and documented concerning all that it has to offer about this natural super food. What I found especially helpful was presenting the case for chlorella, balanced with those who say less about it. Additionally, the information about its detoxifying abilities as well as its immune system building abilities was very well documented and presented. For those of you who care about your health and want to learn more about this super food, THIS is the book for you to get!

This book is a problem for me!
I must admit that this book supposed a problem for me; the Amazon reviewing system only allows a maximum of five stars, this book deserves 6 or 7 stars! I am a MD and the author of many books published about Superfoods and weight loss, so I really know what I am talking about. In this area the main problem is to grab true, reliable, proved information. This book is an evident result of a great effort for obtaining the true essence of this issue. I have learned a lot about Clorella, many things I didn't know before or had inaccurate information. I highly recommend this book for newbies and for experts. You will never regret.

Ever Think Of Eating Stuff Growing In a Pond?
Whoa! What little I previously new about Chlorella "blew me out of the water" -- somewhat literally -- after reading this book. Chlorella turns out to be some kind of SuperFood that does all kinds of cool "fix-it" things to our bodies. Caution: there can be a few side effects, so have your Doctor give you the straight goods / recommendation to intake or not. But sure looks like it's worth a try. Heck, how bad can it be? After all, it grows in a pond! ;-)

A (Finally) Balanced Perspective On Chlorella
If you're one who likes to take advantage of what nature has to offer, and prefers to get optimal nutrition out of food intake, rather than supplementing, you've probably done a lot of googling/researching about super foods, and the like. (And have been told a whole lot of rubbish a long the way.) I found this book particularly helpful because it didn't try to sell me some miracle solution... Instead it gave me facts and enough information for me to make my own informed choices. Highly recommend to anyone that seeks maximum benefit from their diet!

Excellent
I found this book highly informative and it gave me a clearer understanding of the nature of Chlorella and how it interacts with the human body.I've been involved with the health and fitness industry for a long time and Chlorella is one of the supplements that I take. It was good to read about the various studies that have been done as well as precautions that we need to be aware of.Overall a good book and an excellent read for those concerned about their health.

Exactly the sort of information I was after. The author has kept her book to 50 pages. This means the reader is spared from repetition and unnecesary padding.Fove stars from me.

Chlorella demystified
Chlorella related products are legion on the internet. And therein lies the confusion. But the clue is in the title of this comprehensive book. The myths relating to some of these super foods outweigh the true benefits. In plain English, the author sets aside some of those myths and opts for a more structured approach based on science and not heresay. That said, it's fascinating to know that ancient civilizations already knew what we are once again discovering! It was certainly an education to my sis who did suffer a B12 deficiency. She is also intending to buy the book on my recommendation.

didn't need it
as I didn't know what chlorella is, I got the book, but I didn't give it a chance to make me curious as it treated a subject I found out I didn't have any interest in.
