Q: What size would i get if i am a 12/14??

I would say a L. I am a size 16 and got the XL they come up a little tight

I’m usually a 10/12, approx the same measurements as you and medium fits me perfectly, so I would recommend a small x

Small as possible. I am 5'5" and 145lbs (carried in muscle with 19% body fat) average butt, thick legs, slim waist and I went with a small in these. They are very very stretchy yet not see through. So go with extra small if available.
