All melted, broken and crushed, completely ruined
All melted, broken and crushed, completely ruined upon delivery. The box looked ok on the outside but when opened it was a disgusting mess and not able to be given as a gift. Inside of box is wet and sticky. There is seriously no point returning this, happy to provide pictures, would appreciate refund as quite expensive.

MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT!!
These chocolates were bought as a gift for my grandchildren to give their father on Father’s Day. When he opened the box they were all melted. What a disappointment! I wish there was some way I could complain to Amazon Besides a review. Can’t send them back as we ate what was there as they tasted ok but what a mess and poor children! It was a storage problem. Amazon need to check their other similar boxes.

Dont order chocolate
Ordered as a gift for my Sisters 60th BirthdayThey arrived smashed and melted.Lesson learnt. Don't order chocolate products in the Summer.

Be wary of expiring date
Second purchase but disappointed this time as a present for someone and recipient said tastes like old chocolatePurchased 2nd September and expires end SeptemberNot happy as should have a longer expirey date than thisWill not be buying again

I liked these chocolates a lot they are very tasty .they arrived in good condition, the delivery was driver was pleasant they arrived on time, good service.

Nice Selection
Present for a birthday. The milk and white chocolate selections were tasty in 2, 3 or 4's. Thorntons even put brand on 1 chocolate extra special touch. The raspberry caramel needs replacing as the dark chocolate fans hated the 4 in the box. Overall good value for money.
