I was a bit hesitant buying this one because it was so much cheaper than the one from a lawnmower parts store, they wanted over 150 for it compared to 30 here. But I figured it was worth a shot. It took about 1 hour to install, mostly because the way the carburetor is located on the mower you had to remove quite a few parts holding the throttle linkage and bits like that... but once installed the mower which had been refusing to start kicked right up and ran perfectly.Now while I gave it 5 stars that wasn't for all the bits it came with because some of them were silly crap that I didn't bother with. The fuel hoses it comes with are junk so I just used the ones that were still on my mower, the fuel filters are cheap, but if you need one they would work... Then again I didn't buy this for the trinkets they included I just needed the carberator. It works and the gaskets fit as expected. Would buy again though in the future I'll just make sure to never use gas with ethanol in it and I shouldn't have any issues to begin with.

I have to say, every time I try an aftermarket carb like this, I am with fingers crossed. But for the bounty that the manufacturer wants for the OEM version of this one, i decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did. The install isn't the most simple if you've never changed one of these before, but it's not like pulling teeth either. Just take your time. After I got this one mounted, I choked it and hit the switch and it fired right off. Has all the power of the original (when the original was in running order). Only has an occasional small pop, which I can completely live with at this price point. I would recommend this one and would use it again.

Didn't even last for six months. Total junk not worth the time or money.
