Rude Health Spelt Flakes 300g (Pack of 2)

Absolutely delicious. My new go to breakfast cereal. Just Spelt and nothing else. I had a fatty liver a couple of years ago and Spelt is allowed as it is liver friendly. I was delighted to find this and hope it is never withdrawn. It is a light and crispy cereal rather like the texture of cornflakes but much much healthier, very low sugar content and I have just ordered more. Don’t ever stop making them Rude Health, they are fabulous!
