2006 Toyota Prius works great!
Added a can to my 06 Toyota Prius. I took the car to the dealer a few months after buying it. The A/C wan't blowing that cold. They said it was low on freon charged me $18 for the R134a freon and $30 to put it in. 2-3 months later, I'm back where I started it was low on freon. I had a feeling there had to be a small leak somewhere, the dealer said they added a dye and didn't see anything. This is the ONLY product that I have researched that is 100% safe for hybrid cars with an electric A/C compressor. I could have added PURE R134a, since the only thing special about the electric A/C compressor is the oil they is used ND-11, but it would have leaked out again. This is the ONLY safe R134a that claims to seal minor leaks. All the other R134a freons that say seals leaks ect will ruin your A/C compressor as it uses a PAG or Mineral oil.I'm not sure if I can make an update to this review in a few months to see if it has "sealed" my leak my car didn't take much of the can of freon. It is still 3/4 full of the freon. Plenty to last a few more charges if needed. I used a R134a freon gauge that you can buy at any auto parts store. I added it to the 45 mark on the gauge(in the green zone) but below the (red warning). The car blows ice cold again. Only time will tell if it leaks out again but I hope it seals the leak for good.I added an update to my review in the comment section below. It's been several months and the leak is sealed for good. I had to add more freon to the system( I had 3/4 of the can from the last time) and after that it hasn't leaked since. 1st time I used it, my AC blew cold for a few weeks, I added the rest of the can and now the leak is sealed. I'm really happy.

Don't bother! The 3 ounce "oil charge" with two(2) ounces of oil for hybrid vehicles made by the same manufacturer is a better deal.R-134a is widely available at a better price locally, but won't be soon. It is already phased out in the EU and will become more and more expensive in the future in the US.There is only 0,5 ounce of oil in this can. So the "oil charge" is a better deal. But, it still beats ND11 from Toyota in price.

For hybrid vehicles
Way to expensive. Probably because you can’t find it anywhere else. Tried 4 auto part stores. Most places never heard of refrigerant for hybrids only. Added it to the hybrid and the ac is blowing cold air again.

Must buy for prius
I have a 2007 Toyota Prius and have been suffering in 98-105 degree weather with no AC in my car. The fan was blowing strong but the air never got cold, stayed warm and in the hot weather, it was actually hot air blowing. I fixed it myself (with a little help) and could not be happier. I'm not mechanically-inclined. I purchased this A/C Pro for hybrids and ended up getting a hose/gauge from Walmart for $20, so total was about $50 which was so much better than the $125-$250 I was quoted.I watched several how-to videos over and over and took notes. The first time I tried the can did not release product. The can fits all standard hoses, but the hose I had (also made by AC Pro), had to be pushed in the "L" input with some muscle, so my bf held that in while I engaged the handle to release the refrigerant. The can suddenly started to get really cold so I knew the product was being released. Once it was at the correct pressure, I checked inside and the air immediately was blowing colder. The AC wasn't blowing ice cold until after I had driven the car for a while; it took some time to get the refrigerant through the system, I suppose. I spent a very long time researching and watching videos, but the actual time it took me to add the refrigerant was about 15 minutes. I don't know if I have any leaks but I'm willing to do this once or twice a year rather than a major repair.

Does not work on Toyota hybrids. Stay sway. I had to learn my lesson the hard way. Car had to go into Toyota service and they had to change out parts that I didn't even know existed. Ac pro works good on all mechanical vehicles as i have used the product in the past. Cant speak for all hybrids, but definitely do not use on a Toyota Prius.

Way overpriced
I can only give it 2 stars because it’s grossly over priced. I’m afraid I was a newby to this so I didn’t know better. But I needed sealant so I went to autozone and found the same thing for $7. I’m not sure how they justify charging $21 more.
