Leaves My Beard Soft and Manageable
I bought this product to replace another brand I was using that kept my beard somewhat soft but had a fragrance that irritated my eyes and nose.Bossman’s Fortify softens my beard far better and helps keep it manageable all day long while also providing what’s needed to keep the hair strong to prevent breaking. I purchased this product in the Gold scent which is pleasant but not overwhelming while using it.I highly recommend this product to all the people out there with a beard. It does what it says it does on the packaging and doesn’t break the bank. Thanks, Bossman!

Great conditioner but strong leather smell. I recommend bossman in a different scent
This conditioner is pretty nice. Feels like it conditions better than other brands that I've tried. Once I rinse it out, it still feels like there's product in my beard... in a good way. Other conditioners I've used feel like once I rinse it out, it has all been washed away but with this Bossman, it just feels smoother and that the right amount of conditioner has saturated or attached to my beard. I like the consistency and feel once its applied and rinsed away.The smell: this, i believe, is Stagecoach scent. It has a pretty strong scent. I don't hate it but its not my favorite. It has a strong leather scent. I'm going to try some other products but I believe I will revisit this brand and choose another scent sooner than later.

Nothing special
It’s OK. But just use some of your wife’s conditioner. Works much better and a lot cheaper.

It works
I questioned whether I even needed a conditioner but this makes a big difference. My beard looks great and feels great. But I only use a couple times a week cause too much and leads to itchiness. Not the products fault. I just have very oily skin. Add that issue with any conditioner and it will lead to itchy beard.
