I absolutely loveeee this book
The book came in perfect condition. I had this book a few years back but it somehow disappeared on me and I was not able to finish it. It just came in the mail today and I haven’t been able to put it down. James Grey’s story is truly something else and he tells it in such a way that just sucks you in completely

Be prepared for a life of an addict
The book gives a very detailed insight to the life of an addict. This involves the family’s pain and others in the rehab that the main character is in. Great book but be prepared!

Interesting, hard-hitting and real
It's an excellent read, despite the controversy surrounding the book some years ago. Frey details his addiction in a way that makes it obvious that he is not embellishing It's similar to the accounts of John C. Wolfe in "You Can't Die." Both books remind us that addiction does not discriminate. It strikes wherever it can, "from Yale to jail," as they say in the recovery rooms. I applaud Frey for withstanding the scrutiny of a cynical public to tell his incredible story.
