I am extremely disappointed that I discovered holes in the safety seal. I do not use products that have any alteration to the safety seal. I always return the item. However, this item cannot be returned for a refund or replacement. The KOS Chia Seed Powder that I ordered a few months ago did not have holes in the safety seal. I really like the Chia Seed Powder and was looking forward to trying the Flax Seed Powder. The price of both are good deals for the quantity that you receive. However, I will not order this product ever again. I don't want to take the chance of receiving another item with holes in the safety seal and be out the money that I paid for the product. I am realizing that despite the deals you can get on Amazon it is safer to purchase food and supplements from my Full Script account and pay a little extra for a peace of mind that the products are the real deal, fresh, and not been tampered with. Buyer beware.

Arrived clumped and unusable, apparently can't return it because Covid and though Kos claimed they would provide a refund if unsatisfied that has proven to be a lie. I purchased $200-300 in kos items and want to like the company but not if their going to lie on their refund policy.

My Doctor said try it so I found one not too large. Added one scoop (included in container) to yogurt. Too much, will try OJ tomorrow. Need ideas, I do not have a blender for smoothies, yet. Something else on the counter to plug in.

I love every product so far from Kos and this one is no different. Another great product to add to your protein shakes!

It's organic, it's ground, and--fantastic--it's in a real container and not a flimsy bag that leaks all over the place.

This is the second order of this product I've received and it smells and tastes very different from the first order. The first order had a pleasant, nutty flavor and smell but this one does not. I've reached out to Kos direct but haven't gotten an answer. Not sure if there's something wrong with it or if this is to be expected with different batches.

Blends well with the vanilla for a quick protein drink.

The KOS Flaxseed was just what I wanted. I have digestive issues and the powder works so much better for me than the actual seeds.
