Collections Etc Northwoods Bears Paper Towel Holder

This is so cute and fits in with my other bear items. I am concerned that the wee small dowel that holds the small bear on top may break off. It is really tiny and every time you change a roll you have to pull it out. Amazon.ca does not carry or ship this item, so I had to pay with Canadian pesos which made it very, very expensive. Had it not been Xmas, I would not have boughten it. Over $75 CAD!

What a rip off!!! First off where they mold this junk to hold the bears in place was molded wrong, so the hole that were supposed to put the screw and washer to hold the bears goes right thru. Second the bear that sits on top of the holder has a thin stick we have to push in will break if not careful. It's like a toothpick. Third this will not hold regular paper towels without the bears paws pushing on the paper towels hard enough you can't turn them. I had to take almost half a roll off before I could get it to turn. I wouldn't even give this a 1/4 star. I returned it for a refund and will not order this junk again. We like the bear stuff in our home, but with crap like this we don't need. What a waste of my time. Very dissatisfied. Please take this junk of the market!!!!

This paper towel holder is so cute!! It's sturdy and well-made and I love it in my kitchen. It brightens up the room!! If you're in doubt, just buy it!! :)

Super cute addition to our Air BnB décor. The cap on the paper towel holder is fragile so I do have some concerns it's going to break. But the quality and the price was perfect.

Its okay. Not as sturdy as I hoped but better than what I had. Disappointed the top is like a toothpick that pops in and out. But for the price not bad at all.

I really hated to write a negative review for this product. I love the whole design and the detail of the bears. It had good weight too. It sat solid on the counter except for the base not being completely flat. Another flaw is the screw that holds the two bears mounted on the branch to the base. The screw only used 1/16 of an inch of thread. The single bear on top is held on by a thin dowel rod. That, in turn, only sits on top of a cheaply stained thicker dowel rod. It mounted to the base crooked. If the manufacturer fixed those flaws I will gladly purchase this product again! As I stated, I love the looks of it.

Really cute, very sturdy

I have now ordered this piece twice. Both times it has been broken in shipping. It looks beautiful and I'd really like to give it as gift but, twice now, I give up. It certainly needs to be packed better. Would have been nice.
